Why Bankrupt Govt. Issues Crores Rupee Post Dated Cheques in Donations ?

Madam Giver : UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi highlighted that, "The UPA government's focus has always been on strengthening of people from the weaker sections and women. Our priority is that development should happen and every section of society should benefit from it,".

Madam Taker : How "Lady" mayor of Jaipur Jyoti Khandelwal was not invited for foundation laying ceremony of underground Metro project, where madam was boasting of the  strengthening of people from the weaker sections and women ? She wrote to Madam, “It was an insult of a Congress lady mayor by the Congress-led state government. Is it justified? The lady was humiliated ( political discord in Rajasthan Congress party) for her continuous attack on MP Mahesh Joshi and indirect criticisms of the workings of the CM Gehlot. The mayor was also stopped by the cops when she was entering the ceremony venue and the cops demanded the gate pass to allow her enter the VIP gallery and asked to sit in the compound with general public. Is it strengthening of people from the weaker sections and women.

Senior woman leader and Congress MP Renuka Chowdhury was asked to leave from a Telangana Congress meeting for her alleged anti-Telangana stand. Renuka Choudhury was left red-faced and she was and demanded an apology.

Indian "woman" author Sushmita Banerjee was shot dead by unknown gunmen on September 5 at a remote place in Afghanistan's Paktika province, in a friendly country, where Indian nationals and  interest are regularly targeted by Pakistan sponsored terror networks.

Madam Giver : UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi said, "The UPA government has taken revolutionary steps and enacted laws for overall development. For example, the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme has ensured employment for people in the rural areas."

Madam Taker : As per Central news release, the Budget outlays at the Central level have been cut drastically by Rs 7,000cr in 2013-14, so the expenditure on MGNREGA has gone down substantially from nearly 1% of the GDP in 2008-09 to only 0.3% in 2012-13 and thus that has reduced employment opportunities under the scheme. It has declined consistently from 54 man days in 2009-10 to 47 in 2010-11,and to 43 in 2011-12, and finally gone down by 30% to 39 in 2012-13. Moreover the highest decline has happened in the most unexpected places like in the poorest states and poorest sections in the country that relates to employment for dalit and adivasis.

Madam Giver :UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi assured the nation that to root out starvation and malnutrition, the government has brought in the food security bill which will directly benefit 80 crore people. She said, "It is a unique step," but accepted that, "Questions were raised over the availability of resources when we tried to implement the food security bill, but we were of the view that the resources would have to be mobilised for the welfare of 80 crore people,".

Madam Taker : Indian finance minister had confirmed that the fiscal deficit has crossed the red line of limit,so all the current budgeted expenditure are cut by 10%, further no government vacancy will be filled as the government coffers are empty. He also accepted that  CAD has increased too much and it is seen now that foreigners have lost confidence in Indian currency and it has gone from 50 a dollar to touch 70 within a week of this food bill announcement.

So Madam should answer first why you have not passed the bill in last nine and half years of your rule ? At the end of these doles looks like an bankrupt company issues crores rupee post dated cheques in donations ? How anyone will get the donated amount when you could not give a single rupee in your tenure ? It's blanket cheating of innocent poor people of the nation.

Madam Giver : She said that to curb corruption in the public distribution scheme the government was trying to connect the basic facilities with the Aadhar card scheme.

Madam Taker : Are you sure Madam that Swiss or Italian bank accept this Indian Adhar Card ? The biggest corruption kick backs of Indian history have materialised in the last one decade, and that amount cannot be deposited in banks through this card. In addition to many kickbacks like in Coalgate, Railgate,CWG, 2G, Recently son of Andhra Pradesh's Congress chief minister  late YS Rajasekhara Reddy, was charged by UPA Govt that Jagan Mohan Reddy has received Rs 140 crore for those illegal allocation of mines alike Coalgate and that is now charged as corruption. Do the nation require Aadhar Card for this ?

Madam Giver : UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi added that the proposed refinery and petrochemical complex at Pachpadra showed the willpower of the central and state governments towards ensuring development. The refinery will bring with it over 25,000 jobs. The region will witness unprecedented development in the coming years. The revenue generated by the state government's share in the refinery will be used for the welfare of the common man.

Madam Taker : This is the tragedy that the political leadership waits for five years of their rule to do nothing, then at the fag end of their tenure presents dream of 25000 employment proposal and more other promises to be done in the next five years' waiting time. The question arises first that nobody is  sure if and when it will materialise, second will it help to fulfil the aspiration of even 1% of the state population in next several years ?
