The Opinion poll predicts 18 seats for Kejriwal's party, increased from previous projection of 6 to 8 seats, but in spite of the change it will still be a hung house in Delhi.Though the Arvind Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is gathering momentum, making it a genuinely triangular contest.
The poll, conducted by AC Nielsen for ABP News, indicates that AAP will win 26% of the votes and 18 seats in the 70-member assembly. The same agency's poll in August had predicted 15% of votes and just 8 seats for AAP. The poll projects that BJP will emerge as the largest party with 28 seats and 34% votes, while Congress will finish second with 22 seats and 27% of the votes.
For both BJP and Congress , the latest seat tallies are down from what was predicted in the August survey, that estimated BJP would win 32 seats and Congress 27.
What would be worrying the two national parties most about these projections, if they believe them, would be that the new entrant to Delhi's politics is already snapping close on the heels of Congress and is not too far behind BJP in both seats and votes. What if this momentum continues, could well be the big question in the minds of their leaders.
INDIA HONEST raises a question of suspense in the minds of the intelligent voters, as to what there intentions are ? Do the Delhi voters wants a change ? If yes as per the poll projection , then where they stand ultimately ? Divided on choice .
Now the equation coming out is much difficult, as the AAP party, that was born on the corruption plank against Congress , it will most untrustful for them, to join hands with Congress for formation of any ministry under CM Sheila Dikshit.
BJP will have similar problem, having a projection much nearer to goal but still much short of it.Yes they have the satisfaction of being one nearest to target.
INDIA HONEST argues : Here the voters have to find solution for their self made question, if they want change or not ? Here the fence siting voters have to make up their mind towards finding any type of positive result.
Or otherwise will they prefer to face the music of uncertainty of a hung house or an unwanted coalition, like the weak UPA 2 ? Still two months have been left for Delhi voters to make up their mind .
