Twist master Kajriwal alleged that BJP-Congress (when did BJP joined UPA2 Govt ?) were in cahoots over the gas price issue,and accused SG Parasaran of speaking “BJP’s language’’ by raising the “unjustified bogey of federalism”.
In a statement, the Arvind Kejriwal-led party also hit out at the UPA government, saying the SG’s opinion was “shocking” and “clearly establishes collusion between the petroleum ministry and Reliance Industries Limited”. It wondered whether the UPA government was using Parasaran to “avoid facing the law, once it is out of power”.
Twist master Kajriwal further said, “What is surprising is that the SG has used the language quite similar to that of the BJP leadership in raising a false and unjustified bogey of federalism in their combined attempt to bail out RIL and support the petroleum ministry’s move to double the prices of natural gas.”
INDIA HONEST is worried that soon Mamta Banerjee will be firing on Kajriwal, as Federal Front belong to her only and she wants to be an anti BJP face in the election, Mamta must question, how dare Kanjiwal alloted the rights of word federalism to BJP ? Even many of the federal republic like China or Korea soon file petition in international court how Kajriwal allotted "Federalism" patent rights to BJP. ?
AAP leader said. “The SG’s opinion raises serious questions about professional ethics also. He is the same law officer, who on April 3 tried to defend the Centre’s decision to double the prices of natural gas before the Supreme Court,” it added.
INDIA HONEST observes that though the education of Kajriwal is not poor so as to misunderstand a legal matter, but he is twist master, he is changing the subject and the question in such way that hits in the innocent public to believe him in what he is complaining is genuine .
Someone ask him, if the GAS prices in Delhi or the entire India is related to KG Basin prices only, when the major part of the fuel is imported ? Why he is misguiding public ? He should be genuine in objecting the general price rise affecting common men for all services and produces, by avoiding everything else you are not serving the interest of people but satisfying personal grudge on Ambani. This is the bad character of AAP , targeting selected individuals for biased selfish reasons, while neglecting the important one .
The Delhi government had registered an FIR against Union petroleum minister Veerappa Moily and Mukesh Ambani-led RIL for alleged irregularities in the KG basin gas pricing issue. Parasaran’s opinion was sought by the Centre, which is working on a way to end the controversy.
INDIA HONEST warns of the danger, if tomorrow some another Kanjilal files an FIR against Naveen Jindal (Jindal Steel) and on the same state leader Arvind Kejriwal for being in collusion on the scam of coal mines allocation in the Coal gate scandal, because both Naveen and Arvind or even the only pious man in AAP, the Yogendra Yadav belong to the same state of Hariyana ?
Will it prove the charge on court as both Kajriwal and his entire team has not uttered a single word on the huge Coalgate scam, that Kajriwal has colluded with the miners in looting coal assets of India ?
