If You Drink Water Right After Waking up, You can Prevent and Cure certain Ailments


If you drink water right after you get out of bed, then it helps cure many ailments and keep you healthy. Drinking water when waking up has been connected to prevention and curing of certain ailments and disease such as body aches, heart problems, epilepsy, headaches, arthritis, diabetes, constipation,obesity, tuberculosis, meningitis, kidney disease, vomiting, uterine disease, gastritis,ear and throat disease.

The Method  : 1) As soon as you wake up, before even doing anything else, consume four 6 ounce glasses of water. But remember if for any reason you cannot consume this amount of water at one time, you should start with as much as you can and slowly increase the amount.

2) After brushing your teeth and performing your morning hygiene routine, wait for 45 minutes before drinking or eating anything. After 45 minutes, eat breakfast as usual, and then do not drink or eat anything in the next 2 hours.

गैस व् बदहजमी दूर करने के लिए घरेलु उपचार
१. भोजन हमेशा समय पर करें.
२. प्रतिदिन सुबह देसी शहद में निम्बू रस मिलाकर चाट लें.
३. हींग, लहसुन, चद गुप्पा ये तीनो बूटियाँ पीसकर गोली बनाकर छाँव में सुखा लें, व् प्रतिदिन एक गोली खाएं.
४. भोजन के समय सादे पानी के बजाये अजवायन का उबला पानी प्रयोग करें.
