Chidambaram has agreed that changes in the Ishrat affidavit were made as per his instructions, and now India Honest asks you what was such necessity that forced you to get the new affidavit, even by burning your under Secretary Mani by cigarette buts and torturing by violent means ?
Why you did this and under whose instruction it was planned ? Curbing terror activities against the nation are national security issues, and by calling the four persons including Ishrat as innocent, you have committed treason with national security (A CRIMINAL OFFENCE OF HIGHEST DEGREE) . Now you and the Congress leadership ought to answer, why you ordered this ?
Nation has faced much destruction and loss of valuable lives by the acts of these Pakistani terrorists and still Congress leadership has all along stood with these four terrorists. Were Chidambaram along with the Congress leadership were working under influence of ISI and Hafiz Syed ideology ? People of nation are angry and wanted to know why you have not learnt lesson from Rajiv Gandhi killing ?
Now the serious question arises why you should not be criminally charged for first the inherent conspiracy that was successful in killing Rajiv Gandhi and another curtailed conspiracy that failed, to kill BJP leaders.

"I told him he is entitled to his view." He goes on later to say this about Satish Verma.
"At the end Mr. Verma dictated a note indicating that two IB persons came to the room of Director (IS-II) with a Draft Affidavit which was put up for approval and after approval filed on 6.6.2009. Thereafter, since the said Affidavit was misinterpreted by the Government of Gujarat, on orders from the Home Minister, another Affidavit was drafted in the Room of JS (IS.I) with representatives from Ministry of Law, IB etc and the same was filed on 29.9,2009." I refused to sign the statement and he directed the DSP to treat use it as a Statement under Section 161 of Cr. P. C. I told him that anything other than fact, I will retract it under Section 164 of Cr. P. C.
