Animitra Chakraborty : Does Bengal stand a chance?
Or would the history term Hindu Bengalis as a self-destructive community ultimately and perhaps its best paradigm known hitherto in the history of mankind?
The two questions and the facts in their support are enough to send ripples of terror, anxiety and confusion through the spines of Hindus living in this part of India. Copious numbers of factors do suggest that the saga of West Bengal or the dream to retain pluralism in this part of Indian subcontinent following the partition in 1947 is on the verge of collapse thanks to burgeoning demographic invasion from its eastern neighbor called Bangladesh.
Through decades, primarily to gratify evil democratic needs of Bengal’s political parties to retain power and authority, millions of Bangladeshi Muslims have entered this part of India sneakily and now, this number is such that the great number of Bangladeshi Hindu refugees (taking refuge in India thanks to mounting Hindu persecution in Bangladesh) can’t trounce it even.
The situation is unacceptable and the jinx has got to be broken. Or else (forget of hope), there is no future……..what does remain before you is a permanent void and once Bengal gives in, the rest of India would follow the same. The cudgel of responsibility, hence, is on Hindu Nationalism; it has to re-emerge in its original mode and tear down shackles of century-old slavery borne by Hindus.
To find out the next course of progression, a seminar has been organized on April 16, 2016, between 3 – 6 pm at Smarat Smriti Sadan, Kolkata (Triangular Park). Speakers include :

Dr. Mohit Ray (acclaimed environmentalist, human rights activist and
also BJP candidate at Jadavpur assembly constituency);

Witnessing the fast worsening situations for Hindus in particular, one has to deduce that this is not the time to yawn but rise to the occasion. If you fail now, you would witness a heedless son or a raped, murdered daughter or wife before long followed by banishment from homeland only. Look before you leap.

Bloggers must `control' their writings, says B'desh mantri, Dhaka :
Bangladeshi secular bloggers should “control“ their writings, the country's home minister said on Sunday even as he asserted that home-grown militants and not the Bangladeshi branch of al-Qaida are responsible for the grisly murder of a 26-year-old secular blogger.
Home minister Asaduzzaman Khan's statement came days after Ansar al-Islam, the Bangladeshi unit of al-Qaida in the Indian Subcontinent, claimed responsibility for the killing of blogger Nazimuddin Samad last week. His killing is the sixth murder of a secular Bangladeshi writer in the last 14 months.
Khan said the issue isn't of freedom of expression but tolerance. “The bloggers, they should control their writing,“
( YES IT IS QUESTION OF FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION BUT NOT THE QUESTION OF FREEDOM OF KILLING OF ONE WRITER)
he told CNN. “Our country is a secular state. ... I want to say that people should be careful not to hurt anyone by writing anything -hurt any religion, any people's beliefs, any religious leader,“ he said. Sleuths are probing three people over the attack, he added.

3) Apr 11 2016 : The Times of India (Kolkata) Actor unfurls Tricolour in airport lounge.
The Jammu and Kashmir Police on Sunday stopped actor Anupam Kher from visiting the National Institute of Technology (NIT), which recently witnessed clashes between local and outstation students. Kher flew to Srinagar to meet students, but was sent back from the airport.
The police said the actor was stopped to avert any attempt to provoke students against the government............(Anupam Kher is a Pandit and his ancestral home is in Srinagar, but he was disallowed to visit that home even. )

Hindu Deities(Murthi) of” Elangi Baroari Kali Temple” attacked and desecrated by unknown perpetrators on 11.03.2016 at night located at Elangi Ghosh Para within Dhunat Upazila of Bogra District. Bangladesh Minority Watch investigating (Source : The daily Mukta Varta ,and The daily “ Kartoa” dated 13th March,2016)
Bangladesh Minority Watch visited the spot on 9th April, 2016, talked with informant and other witnesses. We also took picture of the broken deities, took video statements of the witnesses in our camera and most of the witnesses deposed that due to religious faith those Murties were demolished and desecrated. We also talked with Md. Mizanur Rahman- Officer in Charge of Dhunat ipolicate station who informed BDMW that police is still investigating. But no perpetrators was arrested till writing of this report.
Shree Sumon Kumar Ghosh ( Mobile Number 01740806164) lodged first information report (FIR) at Dhunat police station on12.03.2016 under section 295 of the penal code being( Dhunat P.S. case No.09 dated 12.03.16)
Bangladesh Minority Watch is very much concerned about attack on Hindu Temple and destruction of Hindu deties. We demand immediate arrest of perpetrators responsible for crime against religion. Officer in Charge of Dhunat police station is not correct in putting only section 295 of Bangladesh Penal code; there is no other section along with this 295. Court during trial will certainly acquit the perpetrators due to initial starting of the case. So, the Officer in Charge of respective police station should be taught for proper investigation. This type of perfunctory investigation will not yield any good result for the justice-seekers.

घनश्याम अग्रवाल : एक पुलिस अधिकारी का उत्तरी बंगाल (बंगलादेश) यात्रा वृतान्त.. 11/4/16 रविंद्रनाथ टैगोर का पैतृक घर, कूठीबाडी, जिला- कुष्ठिया (बांगलादेश): टैगोर यहां 1878-1901 के बीच अपनी जमींदारी की देखभाल के लिए रहे और कई रचनाएं भी लिखी! उनकी यहाँ की सारी जमीने और सम्पत्तियां अब हडप ली गई है! मन मे यही विचार आया कि अगर अपने धर्म और उसकी रक्षा के बारे मे नही सोचेंगे तो कुछ समय मे ही आपकी जर, जमीन और जोरू (शर्मिला टैगोर) सब विधर्मियो के पास होगी!
