Congress has asked the Election Commission to derecognise BJP for 'misusing' national flag and the picture of the Army chief for political campaign, as violation of the model code of conduct.
The BJP has been accused of framing election posters in which Army chief General Bikram Singh has been shown as paying tributes to soldiers killed by Pakistani forces and militants in Kashmir.
Once the Congress has filed a petition ,now it owes a duty to the Indians, to clarify, what is basis of their objection ? Do Congress have objection on :
a)that, why BJP is praising the Indian army's martyrs, who have given their life for the nation, fighting Pakistan's ISI supported, militants/terrorist/separatist in J&K ?
b) or was it that army and present army chief, belong only to Congress, so why BJP is taking credit by praising their deeds of bravery and national tribute shown to them ?
c) will AICC spokesman Meem Afzal , explain what will be his argument , if the same thing (praising our patriotic army) is said or shown in slides by the patriotic but political leader's in their speeches, in their public meetings ?
d) Congress must clarify, why you hate patriotism of BJP leaders ?
e) do you,AICC spokesman Meem Afzal, feel ashamed that your leaders lack demonstration of patriotic/nationalist sentiments in public meetings, so the party is complaining jealously ?
f) do you, AICC spokesman Meem Afzal, think that respect shown to Army chief General Bikram Singh and the accompanied Indian national flag on the soil of India and to Indian is "misuse" ?
g) will you confirm, AICC spokesman Meem Afzal, what is your status about national flag , when it is repeatedly burnt on the streets of Srinagar and other places by the same Pakistan's ISI supported, militants/terrorist/separatist in J&K ? Is not, it is honoured as per you theory ?
Congress has also objected the BJP's PM candidate of making "intemperate, malicious and defamatory" remarks, "The use of the expression 'khooni panja' is deplorable and has an effect of terrorising the public at large against Congress," .
Without interpreting the meaning and the context in which it was said, the AICC petition preferred to accuse ,to the same Modi, to whom the Congress president Sonia Gandhi had described as "Mout ka Soudagar".Yes it was within your code of conduct .
The set back shown in the opinion poll and failure of their PM hopeful Rahul, in the last several meetings, has frustrated the Congress leaders, made them fire blindly tit for tat bullets, even disregarding national and patriotic sentiments of Indians.
