Why Congress should not think of putting a state CM as their PM candidate in competition of Gujarat CM Modi is the BJP's candidate for PM's post ?
It is all more imperative, when Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda's " gulabi fauj" has shown his popularity among his people, when he was out in full force, that sources estimated as more then one lakh, even it is more ashtonishing, when their prime candidate Rahul's rally getting a lukewarm gathering in few thousands only ?
Addressing the rally without any top central leaders in attendance, Hooda tried to come across as a people's chief minister as he defended schemes to benefit people. "Let me tell those opposition leaders who were criticising me for squandering the state exchequer. He said, "Main to loota raha hoon apne logon ke liye. Loot to nahin raha (I am giving to my own people, I am not looting them)," .
Hooda tried to sound tough as he announced a law to make government officers "accountable". He said bureaucrats won't be allowed to stall things. "I have decided to put them on a leash by enacting a 'jawabdehi kanoon' (accountability legislation). Following its implementation, every government official will have to complete the job within a fixed time frame and those found indulging in dereliction of duties would be taken to task," .
IH differs here, as what Hooda intended and what he did to Ashok Khemka in Robert Vadra's case, is totally unethical and unlawful, but no other way out, as Vadra is son-in-law of Congress president Sonia Gandhi.
INDIA HONEST suggests, it is the right time Congress think-tank must consider, that the people like their leader is to be one, who remains with them around the year, and not one who visits them as a picnicker during election season, moving on different picnic/election campaigning spots.
