As the former Home Secretary RK Singh, who has since joined BJP,made an accusation on the present Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde that he interfered with IPL betting probe,and he (Shinde) shielded a Mumbai-based businessman close to Dawood Ibrahim and prevented the Delhi Police from interrogating him in connection with match-fixing in the Indian Premier League.
Congress flays RK Singh for his allegations against Sushilkumar Shinde, and the party general secretary Digvijay Singh claimed Singh had tried to get a post-retirement position from UPA.He tweeted ,"Is it not a fact that he tried to get a post-retirement position from UPA ? Is it not a fact that he had approached Nitish Kumar for a position?"
Now people in party circle surprises on Diggi sir's objection, as he himself after the humiliating defeat in Madhay Pradesh election, had approached the BJP state leaders. So in contrast, what is the harm, if Mr.Singh has now joined BJP ?
Why R.K. Singh should be banned from joining any party, or rather is it that Dig sir suggesting that as he has worked under a Congress government, he should not accuse the HM.Shinde for what the wrongs Shinde has done with the security interest of nation, by coherently supporting the enemy in Dawood Ibrahim and the terrorists in the name of protecting the minority community ?Is not this seems absurd in a democracy.
Moreover the mood was no different when the Union Minister Manish Tewari also questioned why the bureaucrat had not spoken up earlier.He even blackened/criticised the entire IAS/IPS/IFS community, when he said that "it was a "tendency after retirement among bureaucrats" to speak out against their former bosses".
Tewari told reporters on the sidelines of an event,""I think it is extremely unfortunate. You have this very pernicious tendency of bureaucrats after retirement trying to make allegations in order to occupy media space," .
INDIA HONEST sees both the accusations of Diggi sir and Manish Tewari , as serious threat to the national security, integrity/dedication/transparency/nationalism of the entire bureaucracy and health of democracy in India.
Why Indians should not be seriously worried and afraid of national security, if a central home minister in the shape of black sheep has joined hands with the sworn enemy of India, ISI protected Dawood Ibrahim ?
It gives the glimpse of the source of information to the Congress VP. Rahul Gandhi, who confirmed authentically that Muzffernagar riot victim are contacted by ISI, and the whole collusion of a minister with terrorist is a serious national threat.
