And now in his quest to run for the parliamentary election that is just three months away and he has opted for the dramatised and his pet street fighting route,including the law breaking anarchy methods, just to incite and force the Congress to withdraw support and thus allow him to become a myrter of Congress back stabbing.

While AAP is still trying to brush over the allegations levelled by the party MLA Vinod Kumar Binny, the party now has a new controversy to its name. The Delhi Law Minister Somnath Bharti, in his efforts to remain in media limelight , has created another controversy, when he asked the Delhi police officers to carry out a late night raid at South Delhi's Khirki extension alleging there was a drug and sex racket operating from a building in the area.
Bharti alleged that the police refused to obey his orders and said, "If the police don't listen to a Law Minister how will they help the common man." But the state Law Minister, who has been just indicted by the court for tampering with the evidence in one old case, where Bharat had appeared in the role of the advocate for the accused Pawan Kumar, who was involved in a bank corruption case.

Even Bharti had a minor scuffle with the Delhi Police personnel after he insisted on heading a surprise raid. The police claimed that a woman cannot be questioned after 6 PM in the evening, unless the case involves a heinous crime. It also claims that premises cannot be raided without a search warrant at night.
Congress ridiculed AAP and its government over a host of issues ranging from the rape of a Danish woman to the controversy surrounding a minister. On the issue of rape of a Danish woman in Delhi,Congress spokesman Sandeep Dikshit wondered as to how the Kejriwal government will deal with such serious matter as it was in the "helpline and SMS decision mode".
He added further that AAP had been in the habit of demanding resignations from others in the past at the slightest instance but was now "slightly confused", suggesting that there was difference in AAP's practise and performance.
INDIA HONEST surprises, what sort of bunch of joker ministers the AAP government have, all non-sense, to be ignorant of rules and the basic law ? Any raid or investigation has certain general norms, inform the nearest local police station, file a FIR and ask the concerned officers to get a search warrant and make an effective surprise raid and nab the culprits.
But it can be seriously argued that what the AAP minister wanted was only the media drama, or even being a law minister, he is so fool that he even not liked to follow the basic legal necessities. It is simple AAP has understood that their actual working capacities are limited, they want to avoid being tasted on the promises made to aam admi, as justified in the allegation by their own leader Binny, and AAP has now seriously understood that their time in power has become limited, and they are eager to earn maximum media TRP points in shortest time, to be used in the next election before the same aam admi .
