The biggest debacle India had faced in its federal history of governance, was the experiment of third Front governments in the period between eighties and nineties just ahead of the last NDA government, even worse than the present UPA2. It clogged the progress of Indian economy for a decade to a standstill status, and that was only reason India lagged so much behind China in its race of economic resurgence and development.
Similar circumstances are now proposed again, when new initiatives are proposed and supported by many national but single dimensional jurist, in their preferred medical cure for the huge accumulated waste in our political arena. Many regional leaders, like Jaylalita from Tamilnadu in South,Mamata in East, even Mulayam,Mayawati or Nitish or Lalu in Central India have deep inclination for joining the band waggon list of "Aspirants for coveted India's Prime Minister Post".
Federalism and multi party political structure was provided by our learned Constitution makers long back, but they never imagined that our political setup will break up in so many small and regional entity, and even hope and attempt to rule at the centre of India.
How many people in central/north/north-east knew much about Jaylalita or similarly about Mayawati/Mamta in South India, but all inspire to rule/work on pan national India's problems. Are we justified to promote such ad hock mismatch for one single dimensional objective, whether it is regional aspiration or absence of pious anti corruption crusader.
Corruption is of course a central and important disease, that needed stiff attention and actions, but it is universal, and in past it could not be controlled in last six decades, nor it can be wiped out completely like polio in next few decades. Again as complete eradication is almost impossible, it can be minimised first, but we have to keep in mind that this is not the only problem, which will resolve all the problems of India, by a Midas touch.
We need good governance and development and that is ensured only by zero or minimum corruption and wastage of energy and time, and that needs a vast pool of centralised team attention and efforts, being done by unbiased all India mindset and expertise.
BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi will address three rallies in the Northeast at Silchar (Assam), Pasighat (Arunachal Pradesh) and Agartala (Tripura), in his efforts to integrate people in his pan India campaign.
Modi will address a ‘Vijay Sankalp Abhiyan’ rally at the district headquarters at Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh.in East Siang after attending a rally at Silchar in Assam. Modi will also cover India's best CM. Manik Sarkar's Tripura, by addressing a rally at Swami Vivekananda stadium, that is expected to be attended by at least one lakh people.
INDIA HONEST supports the efforts of any prime minister aspirant to be enthusiastic and energetic enough to cover all the corners of India, to unite India in a real federal structure, by his/her acts and not by naming it Federal or Third Front.
Though Annaji has noble ambitions, when he supports any one for the political leadership, but still it remains far from the reality, as seen in the failed case of Kejriwal, who hijacked Anna's anti corruption movement to nourish his personal political ambition , more to destroy the sanity of the movement itself.
