Kejriwal is Seriously Contemplating Quitting Delhi Power to Prepare for National Election ?

ADDED ON 14TH FEBRUARY 2014 , THE SUSPENSE IS OVER AAP RESIGNING FROM DELHI TO TAKE A PLUNGE IN LOKSABHA ELECTION , GRAB SOME SEATS, WHEN THE OPINION POLL PREDICTING HUGE ADVANCE OF BJP AND LOSS OF FACE OF CONGRESS

With regular incidents where people's anger becoming violent, as more reports of thrashing of AAP's members, breaking of party offices and the recent slapping of 2 or 3 MLAs, and moreover the regular threat notices from law court on various offences related cases filed on the ministers and members has made a mark on AAP'S dwindling moral.

This has made it important for Mr. Kejriwal to sit and decide the future course of action for the one month old Delhi government. The idea/rumour is gaining ground very fast in last few days that Kejriwal is seriously planning to quit Delhi, possibly on a martyr plank over Janlokpal bill.

Now the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has slammed Lt Governor Najeeb Jung for seeking the Solicitor General’s opinion on the Jan Lokpal Bill. Hitting out, Kejriwal said that the Lt Governor was toeing the Congress line and was being loyal to a party rather than the Constitution.

However, the acts of the Delhi Chief Minister have proved that he himself has made claims that are not in sync with the provisions of the Constitution/law.But on contrary to what he said earlier, one big shameful shout against Jung was made by the newly joined, an old journalist Aasutosh echoing his master's voice, called Jung an agent of Congress.

INDIA HONEST argues, was not this an attempt to provoke Congress to get annoyed and withdraw support from AAP, and thus allow claiming a martyr's role for Kejriwal.

BJP spokesperson Meenakshi Lekhi likened Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to a "drama company" for its stand over passing of Jan Lokpal Bill in the Delhi assembly, which was knowingly crossing the provisions of the rules provided in the constitution.

BJP leader Harsh Vardhan blamed that the survival of AAP government in Delhi "is rooted in lies and it is doing nothing," except "insulting" the Constitution and "misleading" the people, when Harsh Vardhan observed,"People, especially in Delhi, are beginning to understand AAP's conduct. They have been exposed before the country because they have failed to fulfil their promises of bringing transparency and rooting out corruption."

While the national news media cautioning Kejriwal on "evading" answers under RTI, accusing Kejriwal for becoming the prominent abuser of the important RTI law by refusing to answer queries on government's expenses on certain constructions and letters given to authorities asking for two specific big bungalows for himself and the letter coming open in the hands of media.

INDIA HONEST narrates "what Kejriwal said", he threatened that "as the Jan Lokpal bill is opposed by the Congress as well as the BJP, “ I will go to any extent,” adding that resignation, if you interpret in that way.

IH suggests, as per the logic of Mr. Kejriwal, why not PM. Manmohan Singh should also resign, as many important pending bills on corruption ,communal violence, Telangana  may not be passed in this last session of parliament, and these are also important, thus in the way proclaiming President rule in India ?
