Hurriyat Conference (G) chairman, Syed Ali Geelani was accorded rousing reception by his thousands of very charged supporters who raised anti-India and pro-freedom slogans all the way from Srinagar Airport to Hyderpora where he addressed them amidst showers.
People also raised pro-Pakistan slogans.Geelani was received by his party men who included Masrat Alam Bhat who was recently released from a long incarceration and whose release created a controversy.
Rejecting chief minister Mufti Sayeed’s statement of “taking everyone on board including separatists and Pakistan” Geelani said that Mufti must first publicly announce that “J&K is a disputed territory and people of it should be given the right to self determination”.
Syed Ali Shah Geelani was allowed after a gap of five years to hold a public rally in the outskirts of the city by the J&K Government . along with Masarat Alam Bhat, who was released last month by the PDP-BJP government and he led the march from the Srinagar Airport to Geelani's residence at Hyderpora,and many waved Pakistani flags.
Geelani said "Kashmir was not a border dispute between India and Pakistan but the issue of one crore people of the state.We will not accept status quo and our struggle to achieve right to self-determination will continue. We will not accept Shimla agreement or Lahore declaration,".
Geelani further said, “Mufti recently termed J&K as the crown of India" but he objected and lashed at Mufti Geelani said, “Mufti wants status quo but we reject it and clear upon him that people of J&K want complete independence.”
India Honest announces sadly and rather angrily that the last nail on the coffin of a rare "Hope of restoration of peace through this BJP-PDP joint initiative" has been struck. Now the ball is clearly thrown on the BJP Government at Delhi, to either act now, and rather act fast and strong, and decisively, one last time, before the disease spreads its wings and gains ground in valley . It is a big question of a challenge to nation's sovereignty and integrity, and one can never be liberal to linger it further .
But the task is much easy said than done, and mind it, the nationalist fellow citizens of India that the obstacle and danger lies much not from the external enemies like Pakistan nor from the treacherous traitors led by Geelani, but the big stumble block is within us the real anti BJP political opponents, the anti Modi communal terror groups, who were allowed to regroup much in strength and unity by the rhetoric of fundamentalists among the majority and minorities as well, and they are much prone to drag legs of the Government .
Hugely burdened by the constant and secret threats from anti Indian forces, be it the NGO supported killer Maoist or SIMI type terror outfits or even the Jamat supported anti India groups on the one hand ,while on the other hand the popularly elected Modi government has an enormous task to set its feet right on path of economic recovery to meet the aspiration of the hopeful people.
Modi inherited one dismal economy, much indebted and easily vulnerable to sudden internal catastrophe and at the same time one has to be cautious on the dwindled status of the security forces' on ground preparation and even there is more urgent need of, to create a strategic strong competence to create a Irondom cover to external aggression, are few main factors that binds Modi's liberty to act tough now.
Many disgruntled opportunists, much within the nation, are in search of an opportunity to pull legs of Modi, but and yes one must remain assured that though one leader may be, get trapped within the tough circumstances but it is ultimately a visionary leader in Modi, that will surely find the best way out , if needed a tough resolve to end these anti Indian forces for all time will see some real action soon .
Yes, if the time has yet arrived or not or we can still wait for few more crucial time, is a question of much debate. The patriotic resolve to create a strong resurgent India is never becoming less, only the calculated wait for right time is searched and bargained (like the forced choice of BJP/PDP unholy alliance), and yes for sure when the action will come, now or later on, it ought to be a well planned critically tough action, earnestly designed to suit the pros and cons of the emerging situation,and that must be with a confidence vote of 125 crores determined Indians, joining hands strongly.
