Anti National Forces Creating Communal Tension in Kashmir

Hundreds of  Kashmiris carrying  Pakistan flag turned out on the streets of Srinagar after Eid prayers, and in a suspected  predestined foul plan by the terrorist minded group, being motivated and supported by their venom throwing masters from the other side of the border, those handful of  demonstrators raised pro Pakistani slogans and hurled stones at Indian security forces, who fired tear gas into the crowd resulting  in some protesters being injured in the Friday Eid incident.

Those pro Pakistani protesters were objected by the large Indian residents and that turned into mob violence leading to firing, killings and arson of shops and vehicles, subsequently to many areas including to the Kishtwar.

Reports from Paddar area in Kishtwar district suggest that four people hit by bullet in mob firing and many shops were damaged during the clashes. Indefinite curfew was imposed in Kishtwar town, where violence claimed two lives and properties worth millions of one particular community, in the clashes between two communities.The army has also been called to assist the civilian administration , and it staged flag marches in Kishtwar town to install confidence among the people.

In reaction to the above incidents big protests were held in Jammu and adjoining districts of region which observed bandh in protest against the communal clashes in Kishtwar district. Curfew was imposed as a precautionary measure as more reports of communal tension running high also in Rajouri district , while the Kishtwar district  witnessed stray incidents of stone-pelting .

The army personnel patrolled the streets and  the local administration advised people to remain indoors and not to violate prohibitory orders. Clashes were reported in Gulabgarh area of Paddar, where people indulged in arson of many shops and vehicles. The protests seem to be spreading to more areas of  as protestors burning tyres on roads and putting barricades and dharnas at Vijaypur in Samba,  Rajpora in Kathua,  Udhampur and Gangyal areas.

Indian civil authorities said that  they have imposed an indefinite curfew in parts of Kashmir after pro-Pakistan demonstrations turned violent.

BJP, Bajrang Dal and VHP activists in large number  marched in the Jammu city to protest  nagainst Kishtwar violence and later clashed with police and CRPF personnel, when they were stopped them from moving ahead, resulting in wide spread  stone-pelting and clashes with police, and the police resorted to cane charge and teargas shelling, resulting in injury to many people including  police and CRPF men.

The Bharatiya Janata Party  has extended its protest shutdown call in Jammu for another 48 hours, while hardliner separatist leader Syed Ali Geelani has called for a state-wide shutdown against the Kistwar incident .

Senior BJP leader and and opposition leader in parliament, Arun Jaitley is scheduled to visit Kishtwar town on Sunday, as the head of a fact finding team, but fearing more trouble and protest, when the latest report reaching says that Mr. Arun Jaitley has been detained at Jammu airport and not allowed to proceed to Jammu.

A systematic and important analysis has to be made by the independent intellectual civil panels of the society at large to judge, "the atmosphere created in the national politics  by the actions and the statements those are put through now a days, as these are being given by the communal and so called the secular parties and by their selected partisan  members as their spokesperson that results in indulgment of sporadic fuelling the division and tension in the society, that also not on facts but more by the twisting of facts, just to meet their political interest at the cost of seriously damaging National Interest and Security.
