kejriwal most ghatiya neta of the world
Desi Media Sach Khabar

arvind kejriwal

Since when Moody has Drawn its Economic Report on a Status, Whether the People Want to Eat Beef or Not. ?

India Honest is astonished, how TOI cooked up AND AUTHENTICATED PREDOMINANTLY a story in the name of Moody, the credit rating agency  ?

The Moody's Analytic's report was said to be prepared by Faraz Syed, ( may be a hard core supporter of beef) an economist with Moody's Analytics, a research firm is said to be associated with Moody.

This unknown research firm, whose parent are assumed to be running global rating agency Moody's, said controversial comments from various party members amid the raging beef controversy is not helping the government.

The big surprising question is since when Moody has drawn its economic report on a status, whether the people wants to eat beef or not.
Next time ,will it be based on pork ?

Is not this an interference in our people's social and religious belief by Faraz Syed,an unknown nationality ?

Controversial comments by BJP members could derail reforms: Moody's
Mayur Shetty, TNN | Oct 30, 2015, 02.01PM IST

MUMBAI: Controversial comments by Bharatiya Janata Party members could end up stalling reforms by generating stiff opposition for the government in the Rajya Sabha where it lacks majority, a report by Moody's Analytics said. The report added that the Prime Minister needs to keep his members in check or risk losing domestic and global credibility.

The report spoke about fading sentiments in the financial markets and strong external headwinds hurting Indian exporters. It has also highlighted the need for better political outcomes to help India achieve its reforms goals.

"Looking beyond the business cycle, the government's reform agenda needs attention to achieve long-term growth. Prime Minister Narendra Modi's right-leaning Bharatiya Janata Party does not have a majority in the upper house to pass crucial reforms and has been met with an obstructionist opposition," said Faraz Syed, an economist with Moody's Analytics, in a report titled 'India Outlook: Searching for Potential'.

NDTV echoed the same : Moody's Analytics on Friday cautioned Prime Minister Narendra Modi that the country may lose domestic and global credibility if he doesn't rein in the members of the ruling BJP.

The research firm, whose parent runs global rating agency Moody's, said controversial comments from various party members amid the raging beef controversy is not helping the government.

"While PM Modi has largely distanced himself from the nationalist gibes, the belligerent provocation of various Indian minorities has raised ethnic tensions," said Moody's Analytics.

Bishal Dev Rishi :   moody's report finds space on the front page with boldest headlines----another glaring example of presstitute's anti modi approach!!did this country have no significant news other than this??is it only akhlaq killed since 1947??we all remember very well when the news of india being one of the top corrupt nations in the world used to get a small space in back pages under the congress/pseudosecular regimes!!whom do you want to befool??ghar wapasi was inflated beyond proportions for influencing kashmir election and now award returns,beef,and akhlaqs are being used to influence bihar!! these antinationals are highly insecure under this regime thus going berserk !!

SURPRISINGLY THE ECONOMIC REPORT AVAILABLE BELOW HAS NO MENTION OF SUCH COMMENTS.

PC Chacko Bailed Out Prime Minister Manmohan Singh

JD(U) betrayal or joining hands with arch rival Congress in the JPC on 2G scam proves, one idiom for sure that "in politics there is no permanent friends or foes" or what you had opposed rigorously for years, one nice morning you may start praising that .

Only yesterday in the press conference Congress media chief Maken was proving hard of the benefit of the ordinance,and ll on  sudden the next moment  phone call from the boss made him finding so many faults in that. This makes it clear that "changing gears ideology" suits both the JD(U) and the Congress best.

JPC chairman PC Chacko managed  to win the show with last minute addition of support from outside allies BSP and SP and absence of JD(U) members.

Eleven opposition members, including BJP, BJD, TMC, CPI, CPI(M), AIADMK and DMK voted against the Joint Parliamentary Committee report, that accused former telecoms minister A Raja of  “misleading” the PM and “belying” the assurances given to him.

Senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad warned  that he will be putting in a “strong dissent note”. He called the adoption of report as a “black day in the annals of parliamentary democracy” and described it as a “bail out report”.

JPC chairman PC Chacko said he had requested the members to adopt the report, in which the JPC panel approved clean chit to prime minister Manmohan Singh and finance minister P Chidambaram  unanimously and to give their dissent notes which will be made part of the bound report.

Congress Lacks High Stature Leader with "Instant Thought Generated Vocal Power"

In the heist of opposing the opposition left and right,  the scared Congress leadership most of time fails to use to its benefit , the knowledge, expertise, suggestions , ideas and support of important opposition leaders specially from BJP and Left.

Most of the subjects connected to foreign affairs and those more related to the close neighbours, need a joint handling, logically by only two principal parties that is Congress and BJP. The history shows how Atal  Behari  Bajpayee even when he was in the opposition , had actively played an important role in presenting India's national views and standpoints to world forums and at within India meetings.

Yes this was asked for and accepted by the that time leadership without any feeling of inferiority syndrome . Do the present controlling leaders of ruling party have that guts ?  No , they are hell bent on their superiority complex or otherwise in realty, they personally lack experience or expertise on such international designed matters; or probably they are misguided and diverted by the surrounding think tank, whose sense is  markingly  poor in perspective of vital long reaching foresight and national interest  first  vision  mindset .

2014 election bound mindset of political Indian Government's Minister of State for Home RPN Singh has accused BJP of "politicising" the terror attacks in Jammu by their "asking to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh not to hold talks with his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif "  as he argued that the opposition party too had invited former President Pervez Musharraf after Kargil war .

{see the mindset, it argues that what you have done after Kargil was correct, than why Congress will not do the same, that is the only logic }.

Defending the Prime Minister's decision to go ahead with talks with Sharif, Minister of State for Home RPN Singh  said, "India will forcefully raise the issue of terror during the bilateral meeting and BJP has no moral right to criticise the UPA government as when they were in power, even they invited Kargil war architect Musharraf for talks, and  BJP should not forget that,". {WHAT A SILLY LOW MINDSET ARGUMENT FOR A NATIONAL SECURITY MATTER ? }

It is a cruel fact that the  ruling Congress party does not have a single leader of highest stature, who has some "instant thought generated vocal power" ( most dependent on prepared read out) {have you seen President Obama reading a paper on important matters ?}.

An high calibre national leader must command deep  respect and mass acceptance within the nation or also at international stage ; as this is a must to build a consensus on national interest important matters and take forward those joint views in one voice forcefully to the ears of India's adversaries or friends.

Congress needs to find and develop or groom at least one such leader that will be India's best interest now when Congress is ruling party or also in future the Congress party as a national party will be equally important even if it is in opposition.

A self confident high stature Congress leader should have used intelligently this shouting by opposition to put pressure on Pakistan and its weak prime minister Nawaz Sharrif, the cry and shouting was "indirectly meant for that purpose" only. But the "Inferior complex syndrome" crippled Congress fought the BJP criticism as petty election politics, diluting the "national interest first theory", rather then showing this as national anger to Pakistani leaders.

Why Nitish Kumar Fears Communal Violence Before Polls in Bihar ?

CM Nitish Kumar said his government is apprehensive of communal tension in Bihar in the line of riots in Muzaffarnagar in UP, as he said, "Social harmony is the need of the hour and all issues and disputes should be resolved with mutual understanding and respect for each other."

He expressed his deep concern over the prolonged riots in Muzaffarnagar, where over 40,000 people have been displaced.He further added,"The communal situation is assuming dangerous proportions and I shall raise the issue at the forthcoming meeting of the National Integration Council. All attempts... should be made to maintain communal amity,".

CM Nitish Kumar said, "Bihar has been witness to such developments in the last few weeks, when attempts were made to foment communal tension. This is in stark contrast to the last eight years when there was complete communal harmony. We need to ask ourselves who is responsible for this, and why does this happen? We shall counter these challenges with all the power at our command, and remain firm in our resolve to achieve the goal of development with justice." He suspected that more such attempts might be made in the run up to the 2014 parliamentary election.

RJD supremo Lalu Prasad suspected a deep-rooted conspiracy, allegedly designed by the RSS and BJP, to foment communal tension in Bihar and other places before the Lok Sabha polls. "I suspect that Nitish Kumar cannot effectively counter this challenge, so it is the responsibility of people to remain alert and help each other during any critical situation," .

All the above reporting, if compared to what happened in the neighbouring state UP's Muzafferpur earlier this month, gives us few conclusive views, which people have to visualise, analyse and draw a conclusive judgement :

{"Similar Incident --- Contrasting Results in Muzaffernagar and Khirkiya Riots"}
http://indiahonest.blogspot.in/2013/09/similar-incident-contrasting-results-in.html

a) during election time the so called secular or the blamed communal parties plan the nasty ploy and work on that to incite the religion based flare up only to create polarisation of their vote banks ;

b) minority voters are always targeted, crushed, injured, killed, their property damaged; but not always by any communal party but more by the creator of the nasty ploy to create fear of insecurity to be used by the so called secular parties; so as to draw them on their side for protection. A, the poor,weaker and innocent sections of the minorities, always get trapped in that and suffers 90% of all damage to their properties and lives;

c) all these communal riots starts with some natural incidents or due to some planned hate creation;

d) most of the flare up can be stopped by 1} fast and strict non partisan use of force control by the administration 2} by allowing transparent news flow of the incident by the media and the administration, even a joint declaration by all the political parties,administration authorities, social and religious leaders saves escalation of the flare up, but in practise the political parties waits and delays the flow of facts, just to promote the rumour mongers to work to fulfil the nasty polarisation target.

If one analyse all the details on real time basis and draw a honest conclusion ,than the Bihar CM Nitish Kumar should not be afraid of , as long as he has learnt some lessons from the mistakes UP CM. Akhilesh had done; and further no Azam Khan is there in Bihar to brutalise the minority just for the sake of polarising them to consolidate them in their favour.

It is dead blame game argument to put finger on others for the ignition of trouble on others. Do, anyone sound and intelligent person, can agree that majority section of society also need polarisation by the threat of communal violence ? They are only activated to  react in the aftermath of a full blown up flare up, and it does not always results in polarisation for any particular party unless opposed by other partisan political bigwigs. The logic is very clear, but will they accept it.

Anti National Forces Creating Communal Tension in Kashmir

Hundreds of  Kashmiris carrying  Pakistan flag turned out on the streets of Srinagar after Eid prayers, and in a suspected  predestined foul plan by the terrorist minded group, being motivated and supported by their venom throwing masters from the other side of the border, those handful of  demonstrators raised pro Pakistani slogans and hurled stones at Indian security forces, who fired tear gas into the crowd resulting  in some protesters being injured in the Friday Eid incident.

Those pro Pakistani protesters were objected by the large Indian residents and that turned into mob violence leading to firing, killings and arson of shops and vehicles, subsequently to many areas including to the Kishtwar.

Reports from Paddar area in Kishtwar district suggest that four people hit by bullet in mob firing and many shops were damaged during the clashes. Indefinite curfew was imposed in Kishtwar town, where violence claimed two lives and properties worth millions of one particular community, in the clashes between two communities.The army has also been called to assist the civilian administration , and it staged flag marches in Kishtwar town to install confidence among the people.

In reaction to the above incidents big protests were held in Jammu and adjoining districts of region which observed bandh in protest against the communal clashes in Kishtwar district. Curfew was imposed as a precautionary measure as more reports of communal tension running high also in Rajouri district , while the Kishtwar district  witnessed stray incidents of stone-pelting .

The army personnel patrolled the streets and  the local administration advised people to remain indoors and not to violate prohibitory orders. Clashes were reported in Gulabgarh area of Paddar, where people indulged in arson of many shops and vehicles. The protests seem to be spreading to more areas of  as protestors burning tyres on roads and putting barricades and dharnas at Vijaypur in Samba,  Rajpora in Kathua,  Udhampur and Gangyal areas.

Indian civil authorities said that  they have imposed an indefinite curfew in parts of Kashmir after pro-Pakistan demonstrations turned violent.

BJP, Bajrang Dal and VHP activists in large number  marched in the Jammu city to protest  nagainst Kishtwar violence and later clashed with police and CRPF personnel, when they were stopped them from moving ahead, resulting in wide spread  stone-pelting and clashes with police, and the police resorted to cane charge and teargas shelling, resulting in injury to many people including  police and CRPF men.

The Bharatiya Janata Party  has extended its protest shutdown call in Jammu for another 48 hours, while hardliner separatist leader Syed Ali Geelani has called for a state-wide shutdown against the Kistwar incident .

Senior BJP leader and and opposition leader in parliament, Arun Jaitley is scheduled to visit Kishtwar town on Sunday, as the head of a fact finding team, but fearing more trouble and protest, when the latest report reaching says that Mr. Arun Jaitley has been detained at Jammu airport and not allowed to proceed to Jammu.

A systematic and important analysis has to be made by the independent intellectual civil panels of the society at large to judge, "the atmosphere created in the national politics  by the actions and the statements those are put through now a days, as these are being given by the communal and so called the secular parties and by their selected partisan  members as their spokesperson that results in indulgment of sporadic fuelling the division and tension in the society, that also not on facts but more by the twisting of facts, just to meet their political interest at the cost of seriously damaging National Interest and Security.

Why Supporters of Modi be Worried with Criticism ?

Why any sympathiser of Narendra Modi should be worried , if few or many supporters, own party men, opponents or opposing parties or intellectuals comment , dislike or criticise him in any ways of media or in open chat or in print media. If he is really the "Prime Minister material", and if one has faith on his worth or capability, than one should not be disturbed by any comment rather one should be glad that he is being tasted, recognised, publicised in large and it may lead to final acceptance, just like gold is being tasted, purified by burning in fire, than only accepted as pure (tounch) gold.

BJP supporters should be happy that all and everybody in Indian public and political arena have accepted him as strong competitor for the post for the next election , the bigger job the critics  have done is that they marginalised all other smaller players to sideline from the eyes and mindset of public .

Though BJP party president Rajnath Singh has asked MP Shatrughan Sinha not to speak against Mr Modi or praise Mr Kumar, but it was not needed, because a comparison or analysis of different choices in democracy is always healthy and beneficial in establishing the quality of a better and popular  personality, unless it is taken overboard by refuting one such critics' observation, by a suicidal act of restricting or banning.

Sinha's praise of Mr Advani is not unjustified as it shows respect to a guardian like person not only for him, but for all in BJP and he has drawn a clear pointer that Modi shall  become PM candidate with Mr Advani's blessings.Yes Sinha must accept that with the high age and respect of Mr Advani , his blessings are more important for the young aspirants. And in last must keep in mind, the final verdict is in the hands of  innocent but much intelligent public.

Why Political Parties Will be Exempted from RTI Act ?

The Union Cabinet has cleared two amendments to the transparency Act to keep political parties out of ambit of RTI Act and  just to negate and to counter the Central Information Commission order that six national political parties :Congress, BJP, BSP, NCP, CPI and CPM are public authorities, this order will allow the RTI Act applicable on them. The bill is likely to be brought in the monsoon session of Parliament , while the Civil society activists are gearing up for an offensive against the government's proposed legislation to exclude political parties from the ambit of the RTI Act.

Besides petitions to parliamentarians, the PM and the President, urging them not to support the amendments, activists plan to hold protest demonstrations and ultimately to challenge the legislation in court as a last resort. Inspite of many "petitions of opposition" by many eminent citizens, the government is fairly confident of smooth passage of the RTI bill.

Activists plan to challenge the proposed legislation on the grounds that it is against the constitutional right to freedom of speech. There has been a precedent earlier when the Supreme Court struck down an similar amendment to the Representation of People's Act, in 2002 and directed candidates to submit their financial details and criminal antecedents before the Election Commission of India, calling the the amendment was in violation of the constitutional right to freedom of speech.
