Do China allow Dalai Lama or any other foreign leaders to come and meet dissenting Tibet's leaders at Beijing or Lhasa ? Do Srilanka invite political leaders from Tamilnadu, to meet Tamils from Jaffna ? Just because they believe that Tibet or Jaffna is the integral part of their respective country, not a disputed area to be mediated or interfered by any foreign leaders.
Any proud or strong nation will maintain one similar hawkish attitude on any national sovereignty matter, except our Congress, who is still not able to come over from the morbidity of the debacle they committed in 1948 in Kashmir and in 1962 in Laddakh.They are unable overcome the shame and trying hard to hide, their gross blunder in getting bulldozed by international bia partisanism, used at that time. Yes that was what Nehru did, and that was just to maintain his personal image of a sober,good etiquette leader and most important of his eagerness to maintain the brand icon of a leader, who is admired by English/European leaders.
