If a prominent journalist is to be believed, to relieve themselves from the scorching heat of Delhi, Kejriwal’s wife Sunita and his children were cooling their heels in Switzerland this summer which is considered to be one of the world’s most expensive holiday destination.
Sources said that during the first fortnight of June, Arvind Kejriwal’s wife and children were seen holidaying in the beautiful valley of Alps. Sunita Kejriwal was accompanied by Kumar Vishwas’s wife and kids. Sunita Kejriwal is an Indian Revenue Services officer posted in New Delhi.
While the unbearable heat waves were prevailing in the month of June in Delhi, the snow clad peaks of the lovely Alp mountains was the destination preferred by the Kejriwals. Sources said that besides the prominent journalist, few other Delhites too found the Chief Minister’s family in Switzerland. “ Why can’t Kejriwal’s family spend time in Swiss resorts? Obviously they did not go there to open a bank account. What’s the harm in travelling to Geneva,” said an AAP office bearer close to Kejriwal who requested not to carry the story .
