Sri Sri ravishankar was once addressing the European Parliament. A member asked a question that Yoga is a Hindu tradition & mostly people like him (the member of parliament) being Christians find it difficult to accept n adapt to it as it's contrary to their beliefs.
Simple reply was given by Sri Sri Ravishankar. Sri Sri said,
👉 Firstly Hinduism is a way of living n not a religion.
👉 By eating Chinese food one doesn't become a Chinese or by listening to Beethoven one doesn't become a German.
👉 So if we can appreciate cuisines, music etc. from other countries then why shouldn't accept wisdom & techniques for a stress free living like Yoga which is from India.
