AAP government's much-touted tool to empower Delhiites to fight graft, has become a dud, thanks to the party's turf battles with the Centre via the lieutenant governor. Around a month after Delhi government stopped routing calls received on the helpline 1031 to the anti-corruption branch for action, ACB chief M K Meena went on the offensive, saying that the government should shut down the helpline. As per a rough estimate, around 50,000 calls have gone unheard due to the non-transfer of calls from the vigilance to ACB, which is meant to act on public grievances regarding corruption. The ACB chief is learnt to have had meetings and written letters to the government in this regard.
ACB chief M K Meena said, "If information is being suppressed, it is an offense. They should either shut down or handover the helpline to us if they are finding it difficult to run. The government is trying to make the ACB toothless," .

if they are AAP puppet they are honest otherwise straightaway declare them BJP agent.
