CA Naresh Gupta : on 26th July, 1999 India officially announced the completion of Operation Vijay. On the 16th Anniversary of Kargil Vijay Diwas the nation pays tribute to the 527 brave sons of Mother India who gave their lives in the Kargil War..........A salute to all war heros.
