Though Late, EU Leadership Visioned to Understand RSS as an Organization

A team of diplomats from European Union  handling political affairs and that included diplomats from counties like Greece, Belgium, Italy, Denmark and Sweden.called on RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat .The diplomatic team' meet is dubbed to be a socio-cultural trip,but it is one of the rare visit by a group of senior diplomats to this outfit, giving huge importance to the organisation and its influence among people and the new regime.

Some diplomats had individually attended RSS' events like Vijayadashmi rally earlier, but a visit by a highly important EU team, that too by prior seeking of time from RSS' chief, has left political observers thinking. Though the visit was kept a closed-door affair, with the media out of loop.

The team, which had representatives of 10 countries, was led by Anne Marchal, head of political affairs of EU, and they were taken around the city by RSS' Nagpur in-charge Rajesh Loya.and was also taken to Mahatma Gandhi's Sewagram Ashram and Deekshabhoomi memorial of Dalit icon Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar.

There was a proposal from the EU side which wanted to understand RSS as an organisation following which the trip was organised, said a source. It reflects international interest in RSS which is also believed to have a say in the government.

There was no discussion on political or economic affairs. RSS was projected as a social organisation, saying that apart from other activities, it also runs trade unions, farmers body, blood and eye banks under is banner, said source. The emphasis was to highlight the multifaceted role of RSS as an organisation.

The visit coincided with the RSS officers' training camp under way at Reshimbagh ground where the organisation's philosophy is inculcated in senior level workers. Around 750 RSS volunteers are being trained in the camp which includes brainstorming sessions and physical regime to prepare them to work as full-time RSS workers.

India Honest justifies the attempt by the EU nations to understand an organisation as big as RSS and one organisation that has worked among people,in long periods of deep interaction and strong built up of trust among the society for so many decades. Some how the international leaders have realised their past mistake and now understood the importance of knowing the views of RSS, that will dominate a role play in India for next several decades, while within the nation the dynasty rules and the so called secular have seriously failed to gauge the influence of the organisation's ideology on majority of people's mindset

RSS will Expand its Work and Organisation to Serve all Sections of People .

The RSS will expand its work and make it more organised to serve all sections, its chief Mohan Bhagwat said while insisting that it would be "without any distinction, motives or selfish reasons".

The RSS chief, who was speaking at a convention organised by a Sangh body 'Rashtriya Sewa Bharati', said there is a need to create a peaceful society as an example before the world which is "disillusioned at the failure of experiments of two thousand years".

Bhagwat said, "Considering as our own the whole world, which is disillusioned at the failure of experiments of two thousand years, giving it a new symbol, new peaceful, brotherly society and which takes everyone alone.... such a society we have to create," and he added,"So we have to expand our work in scope and make it more organised,".

Addressing the gathering which included representatives of nearly 800 organisations involved in social work, Bhagwat said that all needy should be served "without any distinction, motives or selfish reasons".

He said,"whether somebody is a Sangh swayamsewak or not, Hindu or not, this has nothing to with service. This we, in the Sangh, believe. We believe that anyone who is needy needs service ....There is no differentiation in serving. There is also no desire of getting something in return," and further added, "If we serve like that, the number of our 'shakhas' would increase, but that should not be the motive behind service,".

Top business leaders Azim Premji of the Wipro group, G M Rao of GMR group and Subhash Chandra, chairman of the Zee Group, were also present at the event.

In his speech, Premji clarified that he was attending the event on the invitation of Bhagwat over which some people had expressed apprehension that it would appear as endorsing the ideology of the Sangh.

Why Nitish Kumar Fears Communal Violence Before Polls in Bihar ?

CM Nitish Kumar said his government is apprehensive of communal tension in Bihar in the line of riots in Muzaffarnagar in UP, as he said, "Social harmony is the need of the hour and all issues and disputes should be resolved with mutual understanding and respect for each other."

He expressed his deep concern over the prolonged riots in Muzaffarnagar, where over 40,000 people have been displaced.He further added,"The communal situation is assuming dangerous proportions and I shall raise the issue at the forthcoming meeting of the National Integration Council. All attempts... should be made to maintain communal amity,".

CM Nitish Kumar said, "Bihar has been witness to such developments in the last few weeks, when attempts were made to foment communal tension. This is in stark contrast to the last eight years when there was complete communal harmony. We need to ask ourselves who is responsible for this, and why does this happen? We shall counter these challenges with all the power at our command, and remain firm in our resolve to achieve the goal of development with justice." He suspected that more such attempts might be made in the run up to the 2014 parliamentary election.

RJD supremo Lalu Prasad suspected a deep-rooted conspiracy, allegedly designed by the RSS and BJP, to foment communal tension in Bihar and other places before the Lok Sabha polls. "I suspect that Nitish Kumar cannot effectively counter this challenge, so it is the responsibility of people to remain alert and help each other during any critical situation," .

All the above reporting, if compared to what happened in the neighbouring state UP's Muzafferpur earlier this month, gives us few conclusive views, which people have to visualise, analyse and draw a conclusive judgement :

{"Similar Incident --- Contrasting Results in Muzaffernagar and Khirkiya Riots"}
http://indiahonest.blogspot.in/2013/09/similar-incident-contrasting-results-in.html

a) during election time the so called secular or the blamed communal parties plan the nasty ploy and work on that to incite the religion based flare up only to create polarisation of their vote banks ;

b) minority voters are always targeted, crushed, injured, killed, their property damaged; but not always by any communal party but more by the creator of the nasty ploy to create fear of insecurity to be used by the so called secular parties; so as to draw them on their side for protection. A, the poor,weaker and innocent sections of the minorities, always get trapped in that and suffers 90% of all damage to their properties and lives;

c) all these communal riots starts with some natural incidents or due to some planned hate creation;

d) most of the flare up can be stopped by 1} fast and strict non partisan use of force control by the administration 2} by allowing transparent news flow of the incident by the media and the administration, even a joint declaration by all the political parties,administration authorities, social and religious leaders saves escalation of the flare up, but in practise the political parties waits and delays the flow of facts, just to promote the rumour mongers to work to fulfil the nasty polarisation target.

If one analyse all the details on real time basis and draw a honest conclusion ,than the Bihar CM Nitish Kumar should not be afraid of , as long as he has learnt some lessons from the mistakes UP CM. Akhilesh had done; and further no Azam Khan is there in Bihar to brutalise the minority just for the sake of polarising them to consolidate them in their favour.

It is dead blame game argument to put finger on others for the ignition of trouble on others. Do, anyone sound and intelligent person, can agree that majority section of society also need polarisation by the threat of communal violence ? They are only activated to  react in the aftermath of a full blown up flare up, and it does not always results in polarisation for any particular party unless opposed by other partisan political bigwigs. The logic is very clear, but will they accept it.
