Yasin Bhatkal Confessed that Ishrat Jehan Was an IM Module

The news is published in the popular newspaper The Asian Age with the heading "Over 15 IM modules holed up in Pak" on Oct 21, 2013 - MANOJ ANAND | Age Correspondent | GUWAHATI is most astonishing if the facts given about Ishrat Jehan  are true. It will uncover the most mysterious secret, hidden for a long time by the Government and its investigating agencies.

As reported in the above news paper by their correspondent Manoj Anand as follows : 

"The arrest and subsequent interrogation of Yasin Bhatkal has given conclusive evidence to the security agencies in India on pro-active involvement of Pakistan’s ISI in formation and operations of the Indian Mujahideen (IM) in 2000.

""Disclosing that Yasin Bhatkal has also confessed that Ishrat Jehan who was killed in an encounter in Gujarat was an IM module, authoritative security sources in the home ministry told this newspaper that there are more than 15 active IM modules who are taking shelter in Pakistan.""

"Refusing to divulge actual identities of these youths that security agencies have succeeded in establishing after the arrest of Bhatkal, security sources said that they have been taken to Pakistan for training.

Clarifying that the IM was formed with specific agenda of Pakistan to perpetrate terror attack on India without leaving any footprint, security sources said that IM modules were not trained for targeted killing. Pointing out that IM modules had mandatory instruction of using home made explosives, sources said that IM was used for targeting civilian gatherings only.Informing that IM modules used to get instruction about their targets at very short notices from Pakistan, sources said that founder and top leadership of IM — engineer-turned-jihadist Riyaz Bhatkal and his brother Iqbal are holed up in Pakistan."

Asserting that IM had no nexus with organisation like Lashkar-e-Tayyaba and other jihadi forces of Southeast Asia, security sources said that IM was used for only India specific operations since 2008 more proactively.Informing that Yasin has confessed his involvement in all the blasts, which the terror outfits had carried out in various cities of India, security sources said that confession and corroborative evidences emerging from the arrest of Yasin Bhatkal has been kept a closely guarded secret deliberately as it has potential of triggering a political controversy that may led to serious embarrassment for the government."

About Gujarat encounter in which Ishrat Jehan was killed, security sources however blamed over-enthusiast police officers of Gujarat police who messed up the post encounter events in their bid to take credit.

Admitting that security agencies could not get any specific list or strength of the IM modules in India, security sources said that arrest of Yasin and his few associates is bound to have impact on the activities of IM. About taking youths for training to Pakistan, security sources said that IM was using corridor of West Bengal with Bangladesh and Nepal to send youths recruited from Bhatkal in coastal Karnataka, Pune, Azam-garh, Darbhanga in Bihar and Gujarat to Pakistan.

INDIA HONEST sees, the above news is too hot............if true...........it will be hard to handle for the biased central investigating agencies.

SIMI Activists Implemented MHA Minister Shinde's Dictate in Toto

Anticipating possible delay in implementing the "dictate of Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde" given on "Monday evening" to all states and Union territories to "ensure that no innocent "Muslim youth" is wrongfully detained in the name of terror", and feeling the essence (hidden message) of the above order, six under trial activists of the banned Students Islamic Movement of India  and another under trial escaped from Khandwa jail in Madhya Pradesh, after stabbing two prison security guards in the wee hours of Tuesday. 

All those seven prisoners reached the jail bathroom between 2 am and 3 am in the night, stabbed the two security guards on duty, snatched the guards' rifles and broke the bathroom wall and escaped.

Khandwa superintendent of police Manoj Sharma reported later on, that SIMI activists are still at large, but the other under trial called Abid Mirza,who was accused of planting a bomb at a nursing home and in a ransom case of 2010, was caught by police in nearby Sarvodaya Colony. (Why Shinde have not ordered to stop the rearrest of Muslim Abid Mirza, who was accused of planting a bomb, but the charge is not proved ?)

Union home minister Sushilkumar Shinde, in his letter to chief secretaries of all states and UTs sent on Monday, wrote that "the Central government has received several representations alleging harassment of innocent Muslim youth by law enforcement agencies. Some of the minority youths have started feeling that they are deliberately targeted and deprived of their rights".

Incidentally, this is not the first time the MHA has selectively highlighted the "harassment" of Muslims, a big question mark was raised on the role of German Bakery blasts convict Himayat Baig in the 2010 attack, after the recently arrested Indian Mujahideen mastermind Yasin Bhatkal denied Baig's link to the attack.(How you fix that your own investigating agencies were wrong, on the version of a matermind terrorist ? Have you solved the case and caught the culprits ? If not why you are demolarising the working of the large investigating agencies in whole of India ? Do Shinde hope that selective rebutal  will help resolution of so many terror case pending before the same investigating wings ?

Why this should not be treated as assisting the anti national activities, by restricting the working of investigating agencies ? What should have been a general precautionary advisory to the investigating authorities to be watchfull, has instead been announced prominantly through media to apease a section of society for dirty vote bank policy. 

This suits to Dig sir as an individual spokesperson of Congress as seen in Batala House case; but this is not valid for a constitutional post holder as Union home minister. Why this restriction on the "proper working of investigating agencies", by issuing a biased stricture, should not be treated as anti national activity in the court of law ? People will ask you and Congress very soon.

The minister Shinde seemed to be more worried about and afraid of annoying their Muslim votes bank, than finding flaw in capabilities of, and failure in the working of the investigating agencies , as he chose to  illustrate selectively 1 to 5 % cases of wrong confinement of some Muslims for interrogation. Though equal number of youths from all other communities are arrested and jailed during investigation in various cases.

Many of the so called secular parties indulge in this styled selective minority appeasement policy during election time, but it never helps the minorities, as the moderate and nationalistic Muslims are huge in the society,and  only a very minute fraction of the disgruntled group of terrorists from the minority community finds the solace in such undesired minority appeasement.

It hurts the moral of honest and moderate majority  part of the Muslims , rather this divides and seperates them from main stream of society and nation, making them raise a serious question: if indulging in anti national activities only will give them their natural rights as a citizen ? Is that the Congress and other so called secular parties wanted for them ?

Farooqui List of Innocent Terrorist in Fake Encounter Extended from Shohrabuddin to Bhatkal

Samajwadi Party's national secretary Kamaal Farooqui's list of innocent terrorist trapped in fake encounter extended now from Sadiq Jamal, Tulsiram Prajapati, Ishrat Jahan, Shohrabuddin , Shahzad Ahmad of Batala House to Yasin Bhatkal of Indian Mujahideen; and it is well expected by 2014 the list will also include Dawood Ibrahim, Syed Lakhvi and many more.

Commenting on Bhatkal’s arrest, Farooqui had earlier said: “Is this arrest based on crime or religion?" "If he is a terrorist, then he should not be spared but if he has been arrested just because he is a Muslim, then caution should be exercised as we don't want to send a wrong message to the entire community." 

The so called secular Samajwadi Party was forced to distance from the remarks saying they reflected Farooqui’s personal views.  Farooqui was now sacked from the post of Samajwadi Party's national secretary following his comments ten days earlier on arrested Indian Mujahideen founder Yasin Bhatkal's arrest. 

But why the same logic will not be applicable to Sadiq Jamal, Tulsiram Prajapati, Ishrat Jahan, Shohrabuddin etc when similar case of Shahzad Ahmad of Batala House was proved terrorist by the Delhi High Court,for that reason the provocative Dig sir of Congress has hide his face in shame ? 

It is the time the nationalist parties to rise above the cheap vote  bank  politics  of appeasement to minorities irrespective of the activities  of any anti national element, in the supreme national interest and prove that their patriotism is above all. Will this work as guiding lesson for JD(U), Congress ( Digvijay Singh ) and many others so called secular leaders, who put national interest behind when personal vote bank manipulation becomes important.
