Rahul Gandhi Repeated What PM. Manmohan Singh Did in UPA 2 .

The Democratic Front government of Congress and NCP combine rejected the probe report after tabling it before the state Assembly on the last day of the winter session of state legislature on December 20, causing a furore. The Chief Minister, Prithviraj Chavan, without even attempting to explain the reasons, if any, for the rejection of the report written by Justice JA Patil and former bureaucrat, P Subramaniam. The reasons are horribly obvious, as accepting the report would have very serious political ramifications, while in comparison the rejection would at most only invite criticism and that could also be at best delayed till the 2014 election.Possibly Chavan don't have other choice .

Had the commission's report been accepted, Sushilkumar Shinde, currently the Union Home Minister, would either have to resign or be sacked. He was one of the four chief ministers cited in the findings under the Commissions of Inquiry Act for providing “politician’s patronage” to the Adarsh project. Vilasrao Deshmukh,  Ashok Chavan and Shivajitrao Nilangekar are the others who similarly showered patronage to enable the scam to take shape.

But by not accepting the report, Prithviraj Chavan has embarrassed himself in a controversy, but the course was obviously fixed by the high ups with an eye on in the incoming election in 2014, when it could be suicidal to implicate the Maratha leader Ashok Chavan, along with other important leaders.

BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu said, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi's recent comments on corruption and the fall in growth rate seemed like they were coming from an opposition leader. BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi accused the Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi, saying people “immersed in corruption” had the audacity to give "sermons" on it.

He said,“I heard the speech of a big Congress leader yesterday. He was speaking against corruption. See their audacity. No one else can dare do this. Gandhi had admitted corruption was “bleeding the nation dry”."These people are so immersed in corruption. Despite this, they project an innocent face and speak against corruption.”

Keeping Gandhi in his cross hairs, Modi dared the Congress leader to make a law to retrieve all black money from Swiss banks in three years. “But he will not do it because that will land own party colleagues in trouble. Making speeches is an easier job.”

The panel, headed by Justice Patil, and comprising former bureaucrat P Subramaniam, was set up in January 2011 by the state government after allegations were levelled against bureaucrats and former chief ministers for acts of commission and omission and for flouting rules while granting permission to the high—rise in south Mumbai.

Justice (retd) J.A. Patil, who probed the Adarsh housing society scam, on Monday said he knew Maharashtra government would reject the report as it had indicted four former chief ministers and many bureaucrats and its findings were “unpalatable” to government.

Justice Patil told PTI in Mumbai, “We have a clear idea in our mind of what happened (referring to the Adarsh scam). Based on that we submitted our report after recording the evidence of several witnesses and perusing relevant documents. The findings were not palatable to the government and hence it must have been rejected,” .The report names former Congress chief ministers, Ashok Chavan, Sushilkumar Shinde and late Vilasrao Deshmukh.

INDIA HONEST wishes the people to examine that what PM. Manmohan Singh was not able to earn as people's wrath in last one decade, saving number of ministers from the long list of corruption scams in UPA2,that is from CWG to Coalgate, will be hugely repeated by the new anti corruption Mashiha Congress VP. Rahul Gandhi (Gandhi had admitted corruption was “bleeding the nation dry”), the so admired creator of Lokpal bill , in next six months with this "Kargil for Profit in Adarsh Housing Scam ", thrown on his face for testing his sermons and talks, if it is followed  in the acts ?
