Court Reprimanded Kajriwal to " Behave as Aam Admi " in Gadkari Defamation case.

Kejriwal was summoned by the court for describing Gadkari as a "corrupt" person. Gadkari's complaint said on 31 January that Kejriwal released a list of "India's most corrupt" people and it included Gadkari's name. Gadkari has told the court that "false, baseless, scandalous, defamatory statements" by Kejriwal against him had lowered his dignity. AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal has a defamation case against him, filed by BJP leader Nitin Gadkari.

Arvind Kejriwal appeared before a court today and said to the metropolitan magistrate Gomati Manocha, "I am fighting against corruption. I will not seek bail as I have not done anything wrong," .

Kejriwal also told the court that he would not furnish a bail bond in case it is of a political nature. Instead, he said, he would give an undertaking to appear before the court at every hearing. Kejriwal told the court that in earlier defamation cases against him, he was granted bail on the undertaking that he would appear before the court at every hearing.

But the court objected to Kajriwal's proposal ( another political drama ) and the court asked, "I completely agree but what is the problem with furnishing bail bond,"  said. It added that furnishing a bail bond is a process of law and told Kejriwal that he was seeking differential treatment.

The court in clear terms warned Kajriwal and said, "You are representing the Aam Aadmi Party. I request you to behave as aam aadmi (common man)," .BJP leader Gadkari's lawyer also opposed Kejriwal's plea. The court first reserved its order till later this afternoon.

And in the afternoon, on the court's order Arvind Kejriwal was sent to judicial custody in Gadkari defamation case. The court, while passing the order, said that the AAP leader was looking for "some exceptional treatment". The court also ordered the Delhi Police to take Kejriwal into custody and shift him to Tihar jail.

INDIA HONEST feels Kajriwal is the fittest person to be included in the new group of dramatising political leaders, " RASSI JAL GAYEE  EITHAN NAHI GAYEE ". It seems Kajriwal , who has very little taste of respecting political and civil ethics, has lost complete balance of sense after this humiliating defeat in this election.

On one day Kajriwal says he has made a mistake by resigning and running away from Delhi and seeks fresh support of Congress for forming government , then opts for referendum among people . But who will explain him that loss of security deposit of more than 400 AAP candidate out of 430 is a clear cut people's rejection to Kajriwal drama and false blame game ?

Kajriwal must stop his attempts of remaining in media limelight with one or another pretext and in the way diverting people and media attention from important national problems.
