गुजरात दलितों को लेकर घड़याली आसूं बहाने वालों के ऊपर सुशील मोदी का जबरदस्त प्रहार , गुजरात को छोड़ बिहार के दलितों की चिन्ता करें ! गुजरात की चिन्ता छोड़ कर पहले बिहार के दलितों की चिन्ता कीजिए। राजधानी पटना से सौ किमी की दूरी पर मुजफ्फरपुर के पारू में दो दलित युवकों के साथ मारपीट और उनके मुंह में पेशाब करने की शर्मनाक घटना घटी है। महागठबंधन के नेता और आपके ‘बड़े भाई’ के 15 साल के राज में एक-दो नहीं, सैंकड़ों दलितों का सामूहिक नरसंहार हुआ तो ‘छोटे भाई’ (आपके) के राज में सभी नरसंहारों के आरोपी साक्ष्य के अभाव में एक-एक कर हाई कोर्ट से बरी हो गए।
अरवल के लक्ष्मणपुर बाथे में 58 दलित, भोजपुर के बथानी टोला में 21 और औरंगाबाद के मियांपुर में 34 दलित मारे गए थे। इन सभी नरसंहारों के नामजद अभियुक्त जिन्हें निचली अदालत से सजा मिली थी नीतीश कुमार के राज में साक्ष्य के अभाव में रिहा हो गए। बड़े भाई ने पिछड़ों व दलितों को आरक्षण से वंचित कर पंचायत चुनाव करा लिया था।
बड़े और छोटे भाई हमेशा दलितों को अपमानित करते रहे हैं। महादलित जीतन राम मांझी को मुख्यमंत्री की कुर्सी से अपमानित कर हटाने वाले नीतीश कुमार की सरकार में पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृति से वंचित हजारों दलित छात्र बीच में पढ़ाई छोड़ने के लिए बाध्य हो रहे हैं। वहीं, सरकार द्वारा प्रोन्नति में आरक्षण के मामले को कोर्ट में मजबूती से नहीं लड़े जाने के कारण हजारों दलित और आदिवासी प्रोन्नति से वंचित हैं। ऐसे में क्या इन ‘बड़े और छोटे भाइयों’ को दलितों के लिए घड़ियाली आंसू बहाने का कोई हक है?..........Naresh Jha
