Rahul says, "If India is Computer, Congress is its Default Program," ?

The most predicted Congress candidate for the 2014 election, Rahul Gandhi boasted while addressing a Congress workshop attended by participants from various states, NSUI and Youth Congress members, when he said,"If India is computer, Congress is its default program,".

Advising the members to copy and catch fast running popularity of Narendra Modi as he observed that the BJP's key face Narendra Modi is aggressively attacking the Congress and the UPA.

Rahul asked the Congress media chiefs of the states,"not to remain silent" and counter "with content" the Opposition propaganda and ensure that the party's response on an issue is uniform from district level to the AICC.

Will the Congress leadership and Rahul Gandhi advice what the media spokesperson should say about the swift decline in India's economy ? Do the prime minister aspirant has any thought or knowledge about how the economy and its growth works ? Will he rule the trillion $ capped Indian economy by his minute perception of Kalawatis or the individual down trodden dalit family's personal rapport ? You must have vast experience and practical exposure to the micro -- macro economic management at national as well as international level of the nation' economic problems . 

As per the guidelines fixed by Rahul Gandhi to its media cell; will  Congress led UPA accept their prime duty and responsibility to issue a "White Paper" on the status and a time frame for resolution of the precarious deterioration of economy , that has a significant value in resorting confidence of the national and foreign investors ?

Or they will save their skin with the patch work, by giving here or there, one liner from the Finance Minister Chidmambarm or Planning Commission's Ahuliwalia, but those have no impact or rather confusing and results in more uncertainty to the confidence, hampering and delaying any fresh and new initiative.
