भाजपा को अब तरह आक्रामक हो जाना चाहिए और कांग्रेस को बेनकाब करना चाहिए. इन्हे देश के विकास के पथ पर सबसे बड़ा रोड़ा साबित करना चाहिए और राज्य सभा का दुरूपयोग करने के आरोप भाजपा के हर नेता को लगाने चाहिए.....वास्तविकता तो ये है की भाजपा और राष्ट्र के पास कांग्रेस के खिलाफ इतने अधिक ऐतिहासिक, सैन्य, कूटनीतिक, आर्थिक और राजनीतिक सबुत हैं कि राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर व्यापक खुलासा ही कांग्रेस को हमेशा के लिए मिटाने के लिए पर्याप्त है.....अगर भाजपा के पुरूष नेताओ और प्रवक्ताओं के पास आक्रमण की धार नहीं हो तो स्मृति इरानी जी और मीनाक्षी लेखी जी को मोर्चे पर लगाया जाए. मेरी तो आज तक समझ में ही नहीं आया की दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद मीनाक्षी लेखी जैसी प्रखर प्रवक्ता को इस तरह नजर अंदाज कर दिया गया. जिनके तर्कों के सामने मीडिया हमेशा पानी भरता नजर आता था, विपक्षी नेताओं के जुबान पर ताले लग जाते थे. वो मीनाक्षी लेखी को पता नहीं कहाँ बैठा दिया गया है?? क्यों महत्वहीन कर दिया गया है उन्हें.....

Reacting sharply to Rahul's remark BJP  secretary Siddharth Nath Singh lashed out at the Congress vice president at a briefing soon after he targeted the Centre and Rajasthan government over a host of issues, including land bill and Lalit Modi scandal, and took a jibe at Modi saying people will reduce his "56-inch chest to 5.6 inches".

"He has to grow out of diapers he is wearing. His remarks, behaviour remind us that he remains a baby in diapers," Singh said while raking up the alleged scams during the Congress-led UPA rule and controversial land deals involving Rahul's brother-in-law Robert Vadra.

Referring to a Lalit Modi tweet, the BJP leader spoke about the likely "deal of Rs 500-600 crore involving your (Rahul Gandhi) mother's sister" and said he should also speak about it.

"Rahul Gandhi has spoken about land, remote control and also 56 inch. As I said he is a toddler and it is not nice to give advise to a toddler. But Congress is giving him big responsibility so let us offer him an unsolicited advise. You have a right to criticise us. But criticise us on facts....

"You should assume a more constructive role. You wasted 10 years.... From 2G, Coalgate, 'damadji', you have now come down to 'istifa ji'," he said mockingly, referring to the opposition's demand for the resignation of several BJP leaders over their alleged involvement in Vyapam scam and Lalit Modi scandal.

Expelled AAP leader Prashant Bhushan on Friday lashed out at Arvind Kejriwal, calling him "shameless" and "hypocrite", after the Delhi chief minister said he would be happy if the activist-lawyer, along with Yogendra Yadav, return to the party fold. In a tweet, Bhushan said that "after abusing" and "orchestrating" a physical attack by his MLAs in the NC meeting, Kejriwal wants them "back!, Hypocrite Shameless!" 

Bhushan, one of the founder leaders of AAP, rebelled against the party leadership, raising questions over an array of issues in the organisation and questioning Kejriwal's leadership. Delhi people's Growing Dissent and Rising Unrest against Arvind Kejariwal.

Sashi, the mother of accused brothers  who allegedly stabbed Meenakshi in Delhi  tells  that the girl was teasing them on road and so the boys killed Meenakshi. Accused brothers in Meenakshi murder case confess their crime in front of media as they said that the girl was threatening them and they committed a mistake by killing her. They stabbed her with the knife that one of the them was carrying . 

People in large number are protesting at police station demanding strict action. People were shouting against Kejriwal, when he visited deceased Meenakshi’s residence and said that Delhi law and order is Modi's responsibility, but he was ultimately forced to own his responsibility and asked to order for magisterial probe and proper action .

May god give her family the strength during this time of grief.We also regret the way Arvind Kejriwal is politicizing this. He has gone down so low to use people’s emotions for his political benefits.When Sheila Dixit was Delhi CM, he used to criticize her and say that it is Delhi CM’s responsibility to give a safer environment to Delhi people now when he himself is the CM, he blames PM Narendra Modi for everything.

An Honest Officer Handpicked by Kejriwal,R.S.Tomar Arrested by CBI. for Taking Bribe of One Crore : 

CBI has been given free hand to watch all the so called suspected honest officers, who are specially handpicked by Arvind Kejriwal.

CBI has arrested Deputy Commissioner (Industries) R S Tomar for allegedly demanding a bribe of Rs 1 crore and accepting Rs 10 lakh as its first instalment for certification of an executive committee of a society. Tomar, who is also the Registrar of Firms and Societies in the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD), had allegedly demanded the bribe from the president of the society, which has a huge land bank and substantial deposits in the bank, the CBI claimed.

Tomar is alleged to have initially demanded Rs 80 lakh as bribe, which was later increased to Rs 1 crore, CBI claimed. The complainant, however, informed CBI’s anti-corruption branch, which laid a trap and arrested Tomar while he was allegedly accepting Rs 10 lakh as first instalment of bribe.

11 वर्षीय बच्ची को पड़ोस में ही रहना वाला ज़िहादी मुल्ला मुनाजिर पुत्र मोहम्मद शब्बीर निवासी ग्राम-बलवा थाना महलगाव जिला अररिया बिहार अपहरण कर ले गया। मजदूरी करने वाले लड़की के माता पिता ने तुरंत इसकी सूचना पटेल नगर थाने में दी परंतु पुलिस ने केस दर्ज नहीं किया, किसी तरह गरीब माता पिता अपनी मासूम बच्ची को ढूँढ़ते हुए ज़िहादी मुल्ला मुनाजिर के घर बिहार पहुंचे जहाँ बच्ची सामने रोती बिलखते खड़ी थी।

लड़की के माता पिता को देख पूरा गाव एकत्रित हो गया, गाव में 100% मुसलमान रहते है,लड़की बिलकती रही पर गाव के मुल्लाओं ने गरीब माँ बाप की एक न सुनी, गाव के प्रधान ने गरीब माता पिता को उर्दू में लिखा एक कागज़ पकड़ा दिया और कहा की अल्लाह के हुक्म से उनकी 11 वर्षीय मासूम बच्ची का निक़ाह 26 साल के ज़िहादी मुनाजिर से करा दिया है।

गरीब हिन्दू माता पिता को 10 मिनट में गाव छोड़ देने को कहा गया जिसपर लड़की के माता पिता 

निकट ही स्थित थाने महलगाव गए और अधिकारियो को सब कुछ बताया। बिहार पुलिस के आला अधिकारियो ने धक्के मार गरीब माता पिता को भगा दिया और कहा की बिहार में मुसलमानों पर केस दर्ज करना मना है।

रोते हुए गरीब माँ बाप देहरादून पहुंचे और बहुत 

दबाव के बाद 26 मार्च को पटेल नगर पुलिस ने 

मामला दर्ज कर लिया और गरीब मजदूर बाप 

को तत्काल में ट्रेन के चार टिकट करवाने को 

कहा। बेचारे बाप ने किसी तरह पुलिस वालो के

लिए टिकट खरीदे और औपचारिक निभाने के

लिए पुलिस दल बिहार पहुंचा। फिर वही हुआ

जो पहले हुआ था। गाव के लोगों ने लड़की

दिखाई परंतु देने से मना कर दिया। पुलिस बैरंग

लौट आई। पिछले 6 माह से लगभग हर रोज़ दोनों

माँ बाप पटेल नगर थाने जाते है जहाँ से उन्हें रोज़

पुलिस भगा देती है।

देहरादून का कोई ऐसा विधायक, पार्षद,सभासद या सामजिक संघठन नहीं जिसे गरीब माँ बाप ने सहायता के लिए ना पुकारा हो। कोई नहीं आया। सब ओर से हार परिवार हिन्दू संघठन तक पहुंचा। 18 मई को बजरंग दल ने पटेल नगर थाने का घेराव किया तब जाकर पुलिस की नींद टूटी और पुलिस ने 14 दिन के भीतर लड़की वापस लाने का भरोसा दिया। आज 2 माह बाद भी पुलिस हाथ पर हाथ धरे बैठी है। लड़की का गरीब परिवार बिलख रहा है पर कोई नही जो उनके लिए लड़े। एक 11 साल की बच्ची से पिछले 6 माह से रोज़ दुराचार हो रहा

है और धर्म निरपेक्षता की दुहाई दे पुलिस हाथ में

मेहँदी लगाये बैठी है।

रेल मंत्री के ट्विटर पर अब स्टेशन और ट्रेनों में होने वाली अव्यवस्था की शिकायतों पर 24 घंटे के भीतर ही कार्रवाई हो रही है।

वाराणसी में आनंद विहार गरीब रथ एक्सप्रेस में गंदे बेडरोल मिलने पर लखनऊ के एक यात्री ने टीटीई से शिकायत पुस्तिका मांगी। पुस्तिका नहीं मिली तो यात्री ने रेल मंत्री सुरेश प्रभु को ट्वीट कर शिकायत दर्ज करा दी। अगले ही दिन रेलवे बोर्ड ने लखनऊ रेल मंडल को शिकायत भेज दी। शिकायत में यात्री का नाम, बोगी और सीट नंबर और टीटीई का नाम नहीं था फिर भी दो दिनों के भीतर उस टीटीई की पहचान करके उसके खिलाफ कार्रवाई हुई और रिपोर्ट रेलवे बोर्ड भेज दी गयी।

यह नई रेलवे है। रेल मंत्री के ट्विटर पर अब स्टेशन और ट्रेनों में होने वाली अव्यवस्था की शिकायतें पहुंच रही हैं। इस ट्विटर की दहशत इतनी अधिक है कि वहां की गई शिकायतों पर 24 घंटे के भीतर ही कार्रवाई हो रही है। रेलवे कार्रवाई रिपोर्ट भी रेलवे बोर्ड को भेज रहा है। उत्तर रेलवे लखनऊ मंडल में अब तक जो शिकायतें आई हैं उनमें गंदे बेडरोल, चारबाग स्टेशन के एसी विश्रामालय और प्रतीक्षालय की बदहाली और अधिक पार्किंग शुल्क की शिकायतें अधिक हैं।

सीनियर डीसीएम अश्विनी श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि रेलमंत्री सुरेश प्रभु के ट्विटर पर प्राथमिकता से शिकायतों का निस्तारण कर रिपोर्ट रेल मंत्रालय को भेजी जा रही है। दोबारा इस तरह की शिकायत न हो, इसके लिए भी कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।

ऐसे हुआ असर : 28 अप्रैल: यात्री गोविंद जायसवाल ने चारबाग स्टेशन के सभी एसी विश्रामालय, प्रतीक्षालय के एसी और प्लेटफार्मों के पंखे बंद होने की शिकायत की। असर: डीआरएम एके लाहौटी ने 29 अप्रैल को विशेष टीम से मामले की जांच करायी। कुछ पंखे और एसी खराब मिले। उनकी मरम्मत हुई। निगरानी की जिम्मेदारी वरिष्ठ स्टेशन प्रबंधक को।

                    

15 अप्रैल: यात्री मोती सिंह ने चारबाग स्टेशन पर गंदगी, बैठने की व्यवस्था न होने और पानी के पर्याप्त इंतजाम न होने की शिकायत की।असर: 16 अप्रैल को एक निगरानी कमेटी बनाकर संविदा के 130 कर्मचारियों से सफाई करवायी गयी। इंजीनियरिंग अनुभाग को पानी और सीट के लिए निर्देश दिए गए।

नौ अप्रैल: रेल यात्री अशोक महेंद्रू, ऋद्धि और जितेंद्र सिंह ने चारबाग स्टेशन की पार्किंग पर 10 की जगह 15 रुपये वसूलने की शिकायत की।असर: रेलवे ने 10 अप्रैल को पार्किंग स्थल पर छापेमारी की। हालांकि इस छापेमारी में कोई गड़बड़ी पकड़ में नहीं आयी। दोबारा ऐसा मामला सामने न आए, इसके लिए रेलवे ने टोकन पर ही दर प्रकाशित करने के आदेश दे दिए।

India Honest reminds people of the facts : people must not misinterpret the letter..........it is clearly mentioned that protection of cows is state subject, so only those state where prohibition on slaughtering cow is passed, those states cannot sale or export....thus other state  cannot be legally stopped by the central govt.......Only as an export policy matter of the central govt, the minister says that it does not promote or allow export of beef and have also stopped giving subsidy.

"As per the Foreign Trade Policy, the export of BEEF is prohibited and isn't permitted to be exported. However, as per the distribution of legislative powers between the Union of India and States, preservation of cattle is the matter on which the State legislatures have the exclusive powers to legislate. It is therefore, for the State Governments to enact such legislations. Enactment of law on Cow Slaughter does not fall under the purview of the Central Government.The Department of Commerce has withdrawn the Transport Assistance Subsidy w.e.f. 1st January 2014 for the XII Plan period which was being given to the meat exporters during XI Plan period."

The AAP faced another embarrassment as Delhi Police registered a case of rioting and assault against husband of AAP MLA from Shalimar Bagh and Deputy Speaker of Delhi Assembly, Bandana Kumari. FIR was lodged against Sajjan Kumar, husband of Bandana, for threatening a Sarvodaya Vidyalaya School principal in an admission-related case in the school. In a complaint to Shalimar Bagh police station, school principal Ranjeet Singh alleged that Sajjan had misbehaved with him and even assaulted him. 

“On receiving the complaint, we registered a case against Sajjan under Section 146 (rioting), 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty), and 506/34 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of Indian penal Code,” said a senior police officer.The officer said that the victim submitted a recording of the incident along with the complaint. “The recording clearly shows that Sajjan had threatened and assaulted the principal,” the officer said. In the complaint, Ranjeet said Sajjan had introduced himself as husband of Dy Speaker of Delhi Assembly.

A complaint was lodged with the Delhi Police against Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Krishna Nagar constituency, SK Bagga, for possessing a fake law degree. According to the complainant, Bagga obtained his LLB degree by paying Rs 70,000 to some degree mafia in Jhansi.

Bagga, who had defeated BJP's Kiran Bedi in Assembly elections, had procured and submitted fake and forged LLB degrees in his affidavit filed before the Election Commission."He (Bagga) has obtained the degree by hook and by crook," the complaint said.

A senior police officer confirmed the news saying, "We have received a complaint against SK Bagga of allegedly procuring fake LLB degree. We have started investigation into the matter and soon will send a team to verify the documents."

The officer, however, said that they have not registered any FIR so far and investigation is on to verify the claim.Bagga is not the only AAP legislator, who has been accused of procuring forged degrees. Party's two MLAs are already behind the bars.

Party legislator from Trinagar and former Law Minister Jitendra Singh Tomar was arrested on June 9 for obtaining a fake law degree from a Bihar university.On July 9, AAP MLA from Kondli assembly seat, Manoj Kumar, was arrested and sent behind the bars on charges of cheating and land grabbing. Kumar was arrested for forging fake proprietorship documents and selling a plot that did not belong to him.

Fearing Arrest In Fake Degree Row AAP Commando Surrenders : Before Surender Singh, two AAP MLAs, ex-law minister Jitendra Tomar and Kondli MLA Manoj Kumar are already in jail. Tomar was arrested in fake degree row and Kumar is facing charges in land forgery case.

Fearing arrest in a fake degree row, AAP MLA Commando Surender Singh, along with a senior party leader, “surrendered” at Delhi Police Headquarters. The Delhi Cantonment MLA is accused of acquiring a fake degree and providing misleading information.

Before heading to Delhi Commissioner BS Bassi’s office senior party leader Sanjay Singh said, “We expect that he will be arrested.” Taking a similar stand to that of arrested ex-law minster Tomar’s case, the AAP alleged that Delhi police is after the party MLAs on the orders of the BJP. 

The party took to the micro blogging site, Twitter, to vent its anger, “ Bassi arrest all 67 MLAs of AAP, let the nation know that BJP’s frustration due to assembly election loss.” Defending Surender, the party maintained that he is innocent and had been cheated by the university like lakhs of other students.

Shia Muslims Protest,..... being Upset with Telangana Govt’s Ramzan Scheme .

                      

Shia Muslims are upset that the state government’s Ramzan scheme didn’t include 48 important masjids of their community. They are upset that these Wakf registered masjids were overlooked despite their strong presence in the Charminar constituency.

Masjid-e-Jafri near Alija Kotla, Charminar constituency, Masjid Jaffer-us-Sadiq in Yakutpura Assembly constituency, Masjid-e-Immamiya at Chaderghat and Ibadat Khana Hussaini at Darus- Shifa are some of the prominent ones that were not included. Mir Firasat Ali Badqri, a senior member of the Shia community said, “The masjids are a part of the Old City area and are registered Wakf properties. How can they not be included in a government scheme? It is not about remuneration or gifting of clothes, but about the inclusive feeling that the people get.”

To ensure that their sentiments are registered, the Shia Youth Committee has written to CM expressing their displeasure but there has been no response.

Syed Hamed Hussain Jaffery, president of the committee, said, “We want the government to inquire into why these masjids were neglected. Like all other sects of Muslims, even Shias should be a part of government schemes.”

Shia Muslim community's resentment and protests had long history in India as it was seen recently in UP also, where Cleric Kalbe Jawwad detained;as he demands Azam Khan’s arrest : Several persons were injured as supporters of the noted Shia cleric and Imam-i-Juma of Lucknow’s Asafi Mosque, Maulana Kalbe Jawwad, were lathi-charged by the police near the Shahid Smarak after “Alvida” prayers here on Friday. The cleric along with 50 of his supporters was later detained by the police. They were marching towards the residence of Minority Welfare and Waqf Minister Mohammad Azam Khan for staging a dharna in protest against the corruption in the Shia Central Board of Waqfs and the alleged official patronage to some influential persons.
