AAP's Aattempt to Regain Lost Goodwill Aftermath of the Revelation of Sting CD

AAP is attempting to regain the lost goodwill aftermath of the revelation in the sting video by cancelling the candidature of Pritpal Singh Saluja, its candidate from the Rajouri Garden constituency, after discovering a criminal case against him.

AAP leader Yogendra Yadav said at a press conference,“He did not tell us about an FIR and criminal case against him in Lucknow, so we have decided to withdraw our support. We’re saying sorry to the voters of the constituency,” . But people of Delhi will ask why this double standard, when five more candidates of AAP including its chief ministerial candidate Arvind Kejriwal have criminal cases against them.

Kejriwal has five cases against him and charges have been framed in the defamation case, filed by Delhi chief minister Sheila Dikshit's political secretary Pawan Khera, yes the Police has still to frame charges against him in other four cases, those are mostly of political nature of rioting, unlawful assembly, obstructing and assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty.

But another candidate from Babarpur assembly constituency Gopal Rai has two serious cases against him, related to criminal intimidation, rioting, armed with deadly weapon, mischief causing damage, disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant, since 1999 filed in Lucknow.

While the party spokesperson and candidate from Patparganj assembly Manish Sisodia,  Rajesh Garg Rohiniwale candidate from Rohini and Harish Avasthi, candidate from Rithala assembly constituency have cases against them  relating  to voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty.

HONEST INDIA suggests that though AAP is giving too much importance to many of the vital evils in political arena, and it is healthy if such trends are effectively complied with, but AAP leadership has to keep in mind that while doing all these,it still has to lot other important task to do.

And those relates to the management of other much vital needs of the people relating to economy, growth, development, security and others. If these are neglected or becomes beyond their capacity or imagination to have viable and an time bound solution, then it will soon become a transparent story stretched too much.

Transparency alone cannot fill the hunger,we still need effective game plan to optimal use the available limited resources by proper management  to create growth and development, that is much  more important for people, than AAP'S trade mark transparency.
