Congress Lacks High Stature Leader with "Instant Thought Generated Vocal Power"

In the heist of opposing the opposition left and right,  the scared Congress leadership most of time fails to use to its benefit , the knowledge, expertise, suggestions , ideas and support of important opposition leaders specially from BJP and Left.

Most of the subjects connected to foreign affairs and those more related to the close neighbours, need a joint handling, logically by only two principal parties that is Congress and BJP. The history shows how Atal  Behari  Bajpayee even when he was in the opposition , had actively played an important role in presenting India's national views and standpoints to world forums and at within India meetings.

Yes this was asked for and accepted by the that time leadership without any feeling of inferiority syndrome . Do the present controlling leaders of ruling party have that guts ?  No , they are hell bent on their superiority complex or otherwise in realty, they personally lack experience or expertise on such international designed matters; or probably they are misguided and diverted by the surrounding think tank, whose sense is  markingly  poor in perspective of vital long reaching foresight and national interest  first  vision  mindset .

2014 election bound mindset of political Indian Government's Minister of State for Home RPN Singh has accused BJP of "politicising" the terror attacks in Jammu by their "asking to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh not to hold talks with his Pakistani counterpart Nawaz Sharif "  as he argued that the opposition party too had invited former President Pervez Musharraf after Kargil war .

{see the mindset, it argues that what you have done after Kargil was correct, than why Congress will not do the same, that is the only logic }.

Defending the Prime Minister's decision to go ahead with talks with Sharif, Minister of State for Home RPN Singh  said, "India will forcefully raise the issue of terror during the bilateral meeting and BJP has no moral right to criticise the UPA government as when they were in power, even they invited Kargil war architect Musharraf for talks, and  BJP should not forget that,". {WHAT A SILLY LOW MINDSET ARGUMENT FOR A NATIONAL SECURITY MATTER ? }

It is a cruel fact that the  ruling Congress party does not have a single leader of highest stature, who has some "instant thought generated vocal power" ( most dependent on prepared read out) {have you seen President Obama reading a paper on important matters ?}.

An high calibre national leader must command deep  respect and mass acceptance within the nation or also at international stage ; as this is a must to build a consensus on national interest important matters and take forward those joint views in one voice forcefully to the ears of India's adversaries or friends.

Congress needs to find and develop or groom at least one such leader that will be India's best interest now when Congress is ruling party or also in future the Congress party as a national party will be equally important even if it is in opposition.

A self confident high stature Congress leader should have used intelligently this shouting by opposition to put pressure on Pakistan and its weak prime minister Nawaz Sharrif, the cry and shouting was "indirectly meant for that purpose" only. But the "Inferior complex syndrome" crippled Congress fought the BJP criticism as petty election politics, diluting the "national interest first theory", rather then showing this as national anger to Pakistani leaders.

Cutting Edge Political Jokes On the Streets of Lucknow and New Delhi

Some cutting edge jokes running along the streets of Lucknow and New Delhi :

Part A ) In Lucknow the AICC spokesman Meem Afzal said, "The Akhilesh government has not discharged its duty. These are the first riots in western UP since 1992. The state has failed ... We have demanded the chief minister's resignation and we are sticking to our demand.

In New Delhi the Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh called a press conference and challenged the prime minister Manmohan Singh and said," Your government has failed on all front : price rise , inflation, rupee, border clash with Pakistan, China and corruption since 2005, we had demanded your resignation and still we stick on our demand, though you have fulfilled your promise to withdraw CBI cases on us. But now unless you agree, not to demand resignation of my son Akhilesh's government, (though we all have demanded Narendra Modi's resignation in 2002 for Godhra riots), we will not support your government in Delhi. It is our mutual tie up for Muslim voters benefit.

Part B) In Lucknow the conspiracy theories and sting claims have continued unabated amid arrest warrants against political leaders, again the same AICC spokesman Meem Afzal said, "though the Akhilesh government has  issued arrest warrants against various political leaders, but as no arrest of BJP leaders have been made on Wednesday, we declare that the government has failed. These arrests should have been done" and so we demand resignation of Akhilesh government.

In New Delhi the Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh again thundered, "Don't forget Mr.Manmohan Singh that though we have allowed you to take political benefit by passing Food Security and Land bill on the last session of your government's finishing tenure , but we can still trap you for Coalgate scam and also we will not support you in 2G scam parliamentary standing committee, unless you and your leaders stop talking about Azam Khan's failed game of minority polarisation.

Result : Both the leaders understood their position and decided to silently close the Muzaffarnagar riot chapter, and  for their mutual benefit forget the plight of nearly fifty thousand minority people displaced in this Azam Khan created riot.

If This is Not Vote Bank Dividing Policy Than What Else It Is ?

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress chief Sonia Gandhi and party vice-president Rahul Gandhi visited at last the Muzaffarnagar riot area and saw for real the communal divide created in western UP by this fabricated communal violence.

HONEST INDIA  has an objective to enlarge the news and views coming out in open by the residents, the media, administration's version and last the most important the statements and accusations of all the political parties :

The Congress party enclave's (as above) visit was first greeted with disappointment by the majority Jat residents of the village Malikpur (attatched to village Kaval ; the epic centre of riot ), when they lamented that, why they chose to meet Muslims only in the relief camps in Muzaffarnagar but ignored those from the majority community who have been equally affected by the communal clashes ?

Why this should not be treated as taking sides by the tallest  national leaders and the prime minister of nation, people will ask ?

Obviously Hindu jats did not seem to be impressed by Sonia and Rahul either, even though the mother-son duo had, on the advice of a UP government officer, made brief unscheduled stops at jat-dominated Bawali and Khanjpura. Jats alleged disparity and felt they were ignored. The unanimous reaction from the jats of  the village was, "Haven't we lost our dear ones?  It seems that only they (Muslims) have been pained," ?

People anguish here is directed against the political class as a whole, as they said, "So many people from our community were brutally butchered over the past few weeks with our meetings being hijacked. There are so many villages in this whole belt where so many jats have also left their villages due to fear and they are hiding at residences of their relatives or in other cities. However, the PM only comes and meets people in relief camps of Muslims.

Hasn't my son died in the same violence," asked Ravinder Singh, father of Gaurav who along with his cousin Sachin was killed in a clash at Kawal.

The PM and the Gandhis, accompanied by minister of state for home R P N Singh, must have tasted the havoc minorities had faced when they interacted with Muslim victims at the Bassi Kalan relief camp. Those at the camp, like others in Tawli, detailed horror stories and were almost unanimous that "they (Muslims) were not going to go back to their villages even if the jats came calling".

HONEST INDIA  asks is this not the divide, nourished by the so called secular parties ? Are they champions of "welfare and protection of the minorities" or in effect crusader of the innocent minority members ? Just for polarising them to suit their vote bank divisive policy.

RLD leader Jayant Chaudhary said the CM's visit to Muzaffaranagar was an "exercise in futility" and accused the SP and BJP of colluding to polarise the voters in an election year.  Chaudhary questioned,"The BJP leaders sparked off the violence and were let off by the SP government. Why were they not arrested despite FIRs having been lodged against them?"

The Congress legislators demanded Akhilesh's resignation, holding his government responsible for the riots and for being "hand-in-glove" with the communal forces. CLP leader Pradeep Mathur said 548 days of SP rule had seen 107 instances of communal violence, an average of one riot every five days.

Two BJP MLAs  Hukum Singh and Suresh Rana (booked for making inflammatory speeches) were present in the Assembly House while the state government claimed "efforts were on" to arrest the guilty. During a visit to Muzaffarnagar the chief minister Akhilesh Yadav had promised to bring to book all those behind the communal flare-up, regardless of their clout.

A senior official said the two MLAs could not be arrested because of the immunity enjoyed by them on the assembly premises. But Lakshmikant Bajpayi, state BJP president, dared the government to arrest the two MLAs who remained in the city after the day's proceedings in the House.

Muzaffarnagar communal riot was more serious than the 2002 Gujarat riots, as the number of displacement figure given by the UP government to the Supreme Court ; that the recent riots forced over 40,000 people to flee 94 villages in Muzaffarnagar and Shamli districts, where 44 people were killed and places of worship of Muslims and Hindus extensively damaged.

The commissioner, Bhuvnesh Kumar, indicated that it was a well orchestrated communal conflagration where rioters targeted Muslims or Hindus, whichever was in minority in a locality. Places of worship of both Muslims and Hindus were destroyed, he said in his September 13 report to the principal secretary (home).

As expected, Muzaffarnagar violence dominated first day of the UP Vidhan Sabha's monsoon session as Opposition united and jumped into the well of the House shouting slogans and forcing the Speaker to finally adjourn the session till September 18. But Congress and Bahujan Samaj Party members chose to return to their seats, reluctant probably as not to seen  aligned with BJP members, who begun a sit-in in the well, shouting slogans.

HONEST INDIA observes political parties cannot even sit together and work for the benefit of their own people of state in such difficult time. They demand resignation of Akhilesh government but not jointly with BJP, rather separately. How this will be different if a bad government is forced to resign by BJP ?

The disillusioned Muslim face of the Samajwadi party minister Mohammad Azam Khan, finally made an appearance after his week long absence from the meetings of the SP party for the government's wrong functioning in the Muzaffarnagar incident, and squarely blamed BJP for orchestrating riots in the region.

Prime Minister is Not Above Law and Will Have to Present to CBI

In continuation of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh earlier assurance on the floor of the house that he has nothing to hide ,he has now accepted to present himself before the CBI.

The Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath said, "The Prime Minister is not above law and will have to present himself for questioning if the CBI summons him." The statement came after the Monsoon Session of Parliament was lost to acrimony over the Coalgate issue, where the opposition led by BJP was insisting on a statement from the Prime Minister that he will face CBI probe.

Why Congress did not agree to this on the floor of the Parliament and facilitated its smooth functioning ? What moral right to blame the opposition for disrupting the  parliament when in the most cases of corruption like commonwealth game scam,2G scam, passing the Jan Lokpal bill, railgate bribery case or this coalgate , the Congress led UPA was never willing to debate on the floor of house but always avoided for days to months it in the name unending internal investigation report to come, and still they blame others for non functioning.

Was it not in the game plan : that not to face the opposition and the representative of people in the parliament but to manage the scandal separately with government controlled "so called autonomous CBI".

This statement of the Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kamal Nath is shame to his role as a parliamentary minister, where he has been hand in glove in  tarnishing and diminishing the supremacy of the Parliament.

This delaying tactics and fraudulent practises on such a  national importance subject matter of 1.86 lakh crore Coalgate scam, is deplorable on most moral grounds and taken away all the fame in people's eyes of an honest Prime Minister of Congress.

What is the Mystery Behind the Missing Files of Coal Blocks ?

As the confusion and doubt behind the missing coal blocks allocation files is growing day by day as CBI sources also confirm that the missing files  as per their details have not been made available to them and those are very important for the probe into the coal blocks allocation scam................There are several important companies involved whose files are missing, like Adhunik Corporation Ltd, Jharkhand Ispat, Rathi Steel ; Push Steel ; Tata Sponge, as many of them are already charge ...........and there is gross difference intentionally created about the number of files actually missing ; their contents; as well their identity with the accused concerned persons as the Coal Minister Shriprakash Jaiswal has told Parliament that seven files, 173 applications and nine documents related to coal blocks allocation are not traceable, while the CBI had asked for 43 files, 176 applications and 17 other documents to carry on with investigations....................http://indiahonest.blogspot.in/2013/09/the-mystery-behind-missing-files-of.html

It confirms the view of INDIA HONEST : Is not it is part of the conspiracy : "not to clear the haze or confusion about the status of missing files till the Monsoon session of the Parliaments comes to an end that is by the second week of September 2013".

PRIME MINISTER AT PARLIAMENT : """THAT HE HAS NOTHING TO HIDE""".

MOST IMPORTANT STATEMENT BY THE PRIME MINISTER AT PARLIAMENT THAT "CONGRESS AND THE PRIME MINISTER HAS NOTHING TO HIDE ??????????????????? EXCEPT ONE  FACT ABOUT THE FATE OF THE  MISSING FILES THE OPPOSITION SPECIFICALLY WANTED TO KNOW ONLY THOSE RELATED TO THE CONGRESS MINISTERS AND THE PMO,

BUT ? BUT STILL  THE PRIME MINISTER MANMOHAN SINGH HAS CATEGORILY SAID ON THE FLOOR OF THE PARLIAMENT ::::: WHAT HE IS SAYING FOR LAST SEVERAL YEARS """THAT HE HAS NOTHING TO HIDE""".

THE EXPERT HAS TO WORK HARD AND FIND WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS OFTEN USED WORD """" NOTHING""".( it may mean all those matters that are not related to Congress)

Moody's Pushed India to Lowest Investment- Grade Sovereign Rating.

Rating agency Moody's said that while the rupee depreciation was a new variable for the economy, the factors underpinning it have been incorporated in its investment grade rating for India. India is at the lowest investment-grade sovereign rating. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's weak coalition government, heading into national elections by next May, has been hamstrung from pushing through reforms to attract more long-term capital.

The rupee's plunge adds to worries about India's ability to fund a record high current account gap and whether Finance Minister P. Chidambaram will be able to meet his goal to pare the fiscal deficit to 4.8 percent of gross domestic product (GDP) this fiscal year.

Analyst Atsi Sheth said, "We believe that meeting the fiscal deficit target will be very challenging this year, given lower than anticipated growth holding back revenue growth and steep rupee depreciation raising the subsidy bill on imported goods,".

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today attacked the government for the free fall of rupee against the US dollar, saying the Centre is not concerned about the economy. Terming the leadership as direction less, he said, "The country might have never imagined that it would face such an economic crisis. But when leadership during such a crisis is direction less, then hopelessness increases. The Centre has not taken any step to install confidence among people."

Manmohan Singh Take Lesson from US Prez Obama's Cancelled Russian Summit

Indian aspiration to become a super power in future may learn some tricks of the game from the two biggest super power of the cold war era, USA and Russia, who are recently engaged in a see saw tussle, where nobody want to low down. It relates to the grant of temporary asylum to Edward J. Snowden, the fugitive intelligence analyst, of the United States  facing charges of leaking national security secrets. In  response to frustration at the Russian government for refusing to send Edward J. Snowden US President Obama has cancelled a planned summit meeting with the Russian president, Vladimir V. Putin, .

White House said the president had decided to postpone the summit meeting between the two leaders after concluding that there had not been enough progress made on the “bilateral agenda” to make a meeting worthwhile.

Jay Carney, the White House press secretary, said, “Given our lack of progress on issues such as missile defence and arms control, trade and commercial relations, global security issues, and human rights and civil society in the last twelve months, we have informed the Russian government that we believe it would be more constructive to postpone the summit until we have more results from our shared agenda,” and Mr. Carney added that Russia’s “disappointing decision” to grant temporary asylum to Mr. Snowden was “also a factor” in Mr. Obama’s decision.

The Kremlin expressed disappointment, especially with the president’s linking of the decision to the case of Mr. Snowden. A senior aide to Mr. Putin, Yuri V. Ushakov, said that Mr. Obama was still welcome to visit, but blamed the United States for not wanting to build a stronger partnership to manage bilateral and international issues.

In contrast the Asian super power India, whose five brave soldiers have been ambushed and killed on the "Seize Fire Area of LoC" by the Pakistani Army personal in the disguise of terrorists, have failed to blame the culprits the Pakistani troops, lest it will hamper the peace process with Pakistan, a futile Drama show, the ruling  Congress party and its Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has to present to their countrymen to get more votes in  coming election .

Hope they learn some finer as well as bolder points in international diplomacy platform, from a super power friend US President Obama, one who never bogs down when his national interest and prestige are at the stake.
