Nobel laureate Satyarthi Exposed NGO Missionaries, Will Madam Attempt to Snatch his Award ?

Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi has said some NGOs in the country work on an “agenda” and have been even used for conversions in India.He lamented that some international agencies funding NGOs have used them for serving their own agenda, including carrying out conversions and promoting Naxal violence.

Kailash Satyarthi said to the ‘Panchjanya’ in an interview, “There are many kinds of people. Those in the corporate world and politics have also started NGOs to meet their ends. They have been used even for carrying out conversions. NGOs are becoming a money-minting machine in the name of poverty.They all have their own agendas,” .

The Nobel laureate Satyarthi lamented that in the last two decades some people have started NGOs with the objective of making it a profitable venture to uplift their careers and make money instead of serving humanity and added, "Such organisations working in the name of social welfare are being funded by such agencies who claim to be working in this direction but their purpose is something else. It is my experience that such agencies lure NGOs with money, donations and foreign travels and try to divide the NGOs in the country,” .

    

He cited the example in Delhi where investigations by police reveal that some organisations funded by Child Welfare Board lured poor children from across the country into Child Homes run by them for conversions. He said, “No one should be lured to convert with money or other benefits. I am against such conversions,” .

Satyarthi also accused such organisations of dividing the NGO community and creating a rift between them in the country by luring some with donations and foreign travels and said, “There are some organisations which somehow promote Naxalism. It is not good for the country’s internal security."

Kailash Satyarthi won the Nobel Peace Prize 2014, for working towards freeing children from being employed in labour work through his ‘Bachpan Bachao Aandolan’. He had shared the award with Pakistan’s Malala Yousafzai.

How Ford Foundation Became the Main Funding Source of Vocal Modi Critic,Teesta Setalvad ?

India Honest failed to gauge the rational, behind the two points often raised on Congress President Sonia Gandhi's activism,first in seeing that Modi was falsely denied US. Visa for entire one decade and secondly in US sources hugely remaining indulged in maligning Modi, through funding most of vocal Modi critics, like Arvind Kejriwal, Teesta Setalvads of the world ? 

Various "media" reports now gathered, have more crucial facts to reveal on the Congress conspiracy. Now once the new government has heightened its efforts to find details of the behind the screen acts,many of those must be termed as anti national interference activities,a serious follow up action must be taken on these internally dangerous actors, the facts  as the following are really serious.

After targeting social activist Teesta Setalvad, who has been a vocal critic of Prime Minister Narendra Modi since the 2002 Gujarat riots, the Gujarat government has trained its guns on her main funding source, the US-based NGO, Ford Foundation, for "direct interference in the internal affairs of the country and also of abetting communal disharmony in India".

The Gujarat government has written to the Union home ministry to investigate possible violations under Foreign Exchange Management Act (Fema) by Setalvad's NGOs, Sabrang Trust and Citizens for Justice & Peace (CJP). The government has called these "proxy offices of Ford Foundation" for a long-term plan. The letter also states that Setalvad and her husband Javed Anand have maligned India's image abroad.

Acting on the letter from the Gujarat government, the Union home ministry last week sent its team to inspect the accounts of Setalvad's two NGOs. It has completed the inspection and will submit its findings.

The state home department has also accused the Ford Foundation of interfering with the judicial system, defaming the Indian military, and acting against the stated goal of promoting communal harmony. It has accused the funding agency of encouraging Setalvad's NGOs to advocate "a religion specific and Muslim supportive criminal code and also keep the 2002 riots incident alive".

The Gujarat government has also accused the Ford Foundation of "blatantly supporting one religion (Islam) with a strange argument that it helps secular democracy".We wrote to MHA a month ago. We are awaiting response," said additional chief secretary (home), GR Aloria.

"In case violations of the FCRA (Foreign Contributions Regulation Act, 2010) are noticed, we will seek an explanation from the NGO before initiating further action. However, if the FCRA violation is of serious nature, we can also send an immediate notice to the errant NGO asking why it should not be put on prior approval list," a senior home ministry official told TOI on condition of anonymity.

Earlier, the Ahmedabad crime branch had registered a case against Setalvad and Anand for allegedly embezzling funds meant for riot victims. The Gujarat high court had taken a very serious view of "corruption" by voluntary organisation and refused anticipatory bail to Setalvad and Anand. Later, the two got reprieve from the Supreme Court. The matter is pending with the apex court.

Sabrang Trust  and Sabrang Communication and Publishing Pvt Limited (SCPPL) received $5.4 lakh from Ford Foundation. How a grant of $2.9 lakh was given to SCPPL, a private limited company, to "address communalism, caste-based discrimination in India including media strategies" is a matter of investigation.

Out of a project grant of US $ 2.5 lakh grant to ST--80% used for office expenses and not any clear objectives. Out of $2.9 lakh grant to SCPPL, 75% is used for office expenses.

Ford Foundation has supported an institution in India to be operating on the premise of stoking religious tensions with their social prejudice.By allowing SCPPL to declare that serving and retired naval and army officers are engaged in terror generation, Ford Foundation allowed defamation of Indian military.

And by allowing through its grant visit of Pakistani human rights activist to India, foundation exceeded its brief in India and blatantly broad casted an exaggerated point of view on communal situation in the country.

Ford Foundation, by allowing to quote the annual report of US Congressional committee on religious freedom and suggesting to Supreme Court of India the foundation attempted to promote voice of a foreign government over and above voice of impartial Indian judiciary.

Under heading mobile "call records" Teesta Setalwad mentioned "Sabrang analyses over 5 lakh mobile call records pertaining to days of Gujarat carnage 2002." How and why Ford Foundation not object to the use of grant fund for such unauthorised and illegal activities should be investigated.

India Honest raises a question, why only Teesta Setalvad and Ford Foundation should be investigated, when any communal, strategic and political conspiracy against Modi and the nation cannot take root and survive in that decade of Congress rule, without their passive support, the people of  nation demand, Sonia Gandhi must answer and come clean on her suspicious role. 

Ask HM Shinde , why Amit Shah ? Why not the BJP party should also be banned ?

The Home Minister minister Shinde seemed to be "more" worried about ,and rather afraid of annoying their Muslim votes bank, than finding flaw in capabilities of, and failure in the working of the investigating agencies , as he chose to  illustrate selectively 1 to 5 % cases of wrong confinement of some Muslims for interrogation. Though equal number of youths from all other communities are arrested and jailed during investigation in various cases.

This is not the first time the MHA has selectively highlighted the "harassment" of Muslims, a big question mark was raised on Batala House by Dig sir and now another on the role of German Bakery blasts convict Himayat Baig in the 2010 attack, after the recently arrested Indian Mujahideen mastermind Yasin Bhatkal denied Baig's link to the attack.

How HM Shinde confirms that his own investigating agencies were wrong, only  on the version of a mastermind terrorist ? Has he resolved the case to a true conclusion and caught the culprits ? If not why he is demoralising the working of the large investigating agencies working through out all the states in India ? Do Shinde hope that such selective rebuttal  will help resolution of so many terror case pending before the same investigating wings ?

Congress has asked the UP government to ban Amit Shah in the state to maintain peace, as it said that BJP and Shah have got their men in UP from Gujarat to communalise the atmosphere and prepare the field for the saffron party for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. 

Ask Shinde, why Amit Shah ? Why not the BJP party  should also be banned ? And why only ban in UP, and why not from whole of India, as according to Shinde,"BJP and Shah have got their men in UP from Gujarat to communalise the atmosphere and prepare the field for the saffron party for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections."

The extravagant arrangements for the Sunday rally have already been questioned by the Congress and Aam Admi Party, when Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee head said that the expenditure exposes BJP's hypocrisy on issues of poverty, while AAP's leader Kejriwal  asked BJP to disclose the budget and source of funds for the rally. But other parties have always questioned the expenditure on Modi's events, including Modi's Sadbhavna fasts in 2011.

• Diplomats from various countries including China, Japan, Germany, South Africa, Congo, Peru and many others are watching the happenings curiously and many of them are clicking photographs of the crowd and the stage. ;

•  from early  morning people turned up in large numbers at Japanese Park, with a total of 11 gates for people to get in for  gathering of nearly half million, 

•  though the venue currently packed half to capacity, but the crowd is expected to increase over the day as 3000 buses are expected to reach the venue ,

• Giant screens have been used to play out developments on the main dais and elsewhere at the venue ,

• Hundreds of fans with water sprinklers and large tents have been erected across the venue are keeping the crowds cool. 

  

INDIA HONEST have  bold advice to the complaining political parties that :they should not be angry and worried as long as more money is spent for the welfare of common man , whether on the  road going to the meeting place or watching on fixed screens on  the road to their national leader, on whom they have huge hope; instead of the same money these ruling political party leaders accumulating in their black money chest or depositing in Swiss bank  accounts.

JD(U) betrayal or joining hands with arch rival Congress in the JPC on 2G scam proves, one idiom for sure that "in politics there is no permanent friends or foes" or what you had opposed rigorously for years, one nice morning you may start praising that . 

Only yesterday in the press conference Congress media chief Maken was proving hard of the benefit of the ordinance,and ll on  sudden the next moment  phone call from the boss made him finding so many faults in that. This makes it clear that "changing gears ideology" suits both the JD(U) and the Congress best.

JPC chairman PC Chacko managed  to win the show with last minute addition of support from outside allies BSP and SP and absence of JD(U) members.

Eleven opposition members, including BJP, BJD, TMC, CPI, CPI(M), AIADMK and DMK voted against the Joint Parliamentary Committee report, that accused former telecoms minister A Raja of  “misleading” the PM and “belying” the assurances given to him. 

Senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad warned  that he will be putting in a “strong dissent note”. He called the adoption of report as a “black day in the annals of parliamentary democracy” and described it as a “bail out report”.

JPC chairman PC Chacko said he had requested the members to adopt the report, in which the JPC panel approved clean chit to prime minister Manmohan Singh and finance minister P Chidambaram  unanimously and to give their dissent notes which will be made part of the bound report.

Corruption , Favouritism Rose Highest in Last One Decade

The Central Bureau of Investigation filed charge sheets against three cement companies: India Cements, Bharathi Cement, Penna Cement and  named N Srinivasan,the vice chairman as an accused in the corruption probe involving the son of Andhra Pradesh's late chief minister YS Rajasekhara Reddy. The CBI questioned Srinivasan a couple of times last year, and charged India Cements with criminal conspiracy, cheating, criminal breach of trust and falsification of accounts.

Srinivasan has invested some Rs 140 crore in various businesses of Jagan Mohan Reddy alegedlly in return for favours. The investigating agency accused senior bureaucrats Adityanath Das and M Samuel for  issuing government orders allotting land, water and limestone mines in favour of India Cements. But has  not named the then irrigation minister, Ponnala Laxmaiah, who issued government orders favouring India Cements to draw large quantities of river water. 

Jagan Mohan Reddy, who represents Kadapa in the Lok Sabha, broke away from the Congress to form his own political outfit soon after his father Rajasekhara Reddy died in a helicopter crash in 2009. He was arrested in May last year and now along with his auditor Vijay Sai Reddy,  named as first and second accused in all the eight charge sheets filed so far. 

There are two basic facts :

a) Industries and individual persons were favoured in the allotment of land, water and limestone mines illegally (out of turn, thus depriving others to get that ) by the Late Rajasekhara Reddy led Congress government, through the then irrigation minister, Ponnala Laxmaiah, who accommodated falsification of accounts and cheating in lieu of money .

b) Jagan Mohan Reddy, the son of the that time Andhra Pradesh's Congress chief minister  late YS Rajasekhara Reddy, received Rs 140 crore invested in various of his businesses, as alleged in return for favours for those illegal allocation of mines and that is now charged as corruption.  

A very simple analysis states the following conclusion :

A) the allocation of limestone mines illegally is similar to what is alleged in the Coalgate, where coal was allotted illegally,

B) this was done in lieu of money and other material benefits and assets, received indirectly by the relatives or associates of one or other Congress ministers very much same as alleged in case of Coalgate,

C) in each of the cases the facilitator of the cheating was some one powerful in the ruling government, that is  almost similar to Coalgate,

D) the fraud was carried in the tenure of  Late Rajasekhara Reddy , he has made it possible as the Congress party Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, and it was as the head of cabinet ; but  not as the father of Jagan Mohan Reddy ;that is as his first constitution responsibilities are as the chief minister nor as a father of curropt son (also for similarity refer Railgate ) .

Implication : As the crime was conducted by the that time Congress party and that party is still holding the control of the government now,though with same set of persons, ministers except a different Chief Minister. As such why the CBI should not ask the Governor for dismissal of this corrupt government of same people and party to facilitate proper investigation and independentely charge all the conspirator ministers and facilitator bureaucrats involved ? 

Late Rajasekhara Reddy was selected by all the MLA's of Congress party and recommended to Governor to be their Chief Minister. Is not this lawfully correct that all the cabinet members holds joint responsibility for all the  deeds past or present done by that cabinet, which is controlled and guided through by their central leadership ?

Wise men ask if Osama is dead now, nobody in Al Qaida or Al Qaida itself will be responsible for their past misdeeds ?

We Indians are very much selective and easily be fooled by our elected representatives and we never opt to nail down the criminal tendency of falsification, cheating and corruption, that is why this evil is making such a "rapid progress in geometrical proportion" in the last decade.

Narendra Modi Sounds Poll Bugle At Hyderabad

Narendra Modi, the most promising BJP leader for the post of prime minister has set his eyes on the prospective allies for the NDA coalition, as he began to show seeds of a larger overboard for the 2014 election.

The chief campaign manager of the BJP's election campaign for 2014, today joined his campaign in the  Southern centre at Hyderabad, when he began to woo the prospective allies in the southern leaders like J Jayalalithaa and Chandrababu Naidu with praise and the call for a combined effort to make the country "Congress-free."

Addressing a capacity crowd at Hyderabad's LB Stadium he tear off into the Congress-led UPA government at the Centre on a host of issues including border security, foreign policy, the economy and Telangana, for which he accused the Congress of "turning brother against brother" in Andhra Pradesh. He counted the spat of protests that erupted on its announcement for a separate Telangana state that has provoked in the coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema regions. Accusing Congress he questioned,Who is responsible for the rift between people of Telangana and Seemandhra ?

Again he praised the legacy of former Chief Minister and one of the biggest stalwart of Telugu people, NT Rama Rao. The idolised leader N T Rama Rao was remembered to a call to oust the Congress, aided by his son-in-law,Chandrababu Naidu's Telugu Desam Party, a one time ally of the BJP both at the Centre and the state.

Narendra Modi was equally happy to praise Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and AIADMK chief Jayalalithaa remembering her as she also joined the Vajpayee government and as she regards him as a "very good friend".

The gathering of nearly one lakh supporters amid the ongoing Telangala protest, and the chorus of large gathering joining the tune of Modi in responding with  Jai Telangana and Jai Seemandhra, assures his capabilities to win the hearts of Telugu people. Honest India panel Asks the Defence Minister Mr. Antony Some Honest Questions

The Defence Minister Mr. Antony informed the Parliament, " a patrol of the Indian Army comprising of one Non-commissioned officer and five other ranks was ambushed on our side of Line of Control in Poonch Sector of Jammu and Kashmir and in the ensuing firefight, five Indian soldiers were martyred and one soldier was injured. The ambush was carried out by approximately 20 heavily armed terrorists along with persons dressed in Pakistan Army uniforms".

Honest India panel asks the Defence Minister Mr. Antony : 

a) how he ascertained that those persons in Pakistan Army uniforms were not army men but terrorist ?,

b) how he ascertained that ? , 

c) what is his source of this information ?,

d) why it may not be the vice versa that those twenty men, who were in plain dress were actually Pakistan regular Army men ?,

e) how a twenty members so called heavily armed terrorists could reach so near the actively guarded border outpost without the convenience of Pakistan Army ?,

f) what made the Defence Minister Mr. Antony to pronounce the verdict that regular Pakistan Army were not involved ?,

g) why the defence minister of an army whose five soldiers have been killed by cheating in disguise in midnight, should not be angry and make  an hawkish charge on the opposite Army to boost the morale of his military ? 

Defence Minister Mr. Antony owes an answer to the above questions.

Hurried Adventure of Telangana Opened Pandora Box of Woes for India

It is shameless adventure the national party Congress has made by rushing through in last hour the Telangana announcement  on forming the new state for electoral gains, while ignoring the biggest mass movements in recent history. It has opened a Pandora box of woes for the safety, security and welfare of India and their people.  A timely approach and resolve of these burning issues would have met the aspirations of not only Telugu people, but many other regional communities in other parts of India.

But a inordinate delay of undecisive Congress leadership has made serious act of gross negligence and the last minute hurry on Telangana has thrown the ideological theme of national integrity and consensus to backwards and opened the gate of agitation, threat, intimidation tactics to the forefront. It is only because of the cheap but unwise, indecisive, untimely decisions and because of beyond tolerance delaying practice to gain  more through electoral politics; the Ruling Congress party had been playing for long. The people must ask when every thing could have been managed in last five years of Congress rule with proper negotiation between the concerned groups with better harmony, why the leadership has waited so long and what has changed since 2009 to this last part of 2013 for taking this decision now.

Leader of the Opposition in Rajya Sabha BJP. MP. Jaitley has observed reasonably  in saying,“The movement for Telangana has been one of the biggest mass movements in India in recent history. This movement has sustained itself for a long time. Government should have responded to it well in advance,” .

A last minute decision, to benefit in next election, had opened the Pandora Box with at least seven  agitations namely *Gorkhaland in West Bengal, *Bodoland in Assam, *Karbi Anglong again in hills of Assam, *Koch-Rajbongashis, *Dimaasas communities also in vast Assam, *Garos in Meghalay, tribal (*IPFT) in Tripura and many others have started mass agitation putting the life in major parts of North East states and part of Bengal on fire with in indefinite strike and bandh, aroson, crippling of train and highway routes virtually cutting these areas from rest of India.

All this could have avoided if the Ruling Congress leaders had the vision of handling our great nation of such a big  diversity and with differing needs and ambitions. But very sad, these rulers of India for almost one full decade have neither vision nor time to look into the problems of people from independent angles, away from cheap electoral politics. And for this the nation and the innocent people have to pay the price. 

One thing is for Sure this LIMPING AND DUMB Government and its controlling leadership will not be able to solve any of these problems in its lifetime, without burning the fingers of themselves as well without jeopardising and compromising with national interest.

Fear Looming Large of Artificial Tension to Prove a Point

The way the Samajwadi Party leadership,  supported by their UPA alliance Congress behaving dumb to the one most sensitive incident of suspending an honest IAS officer Durga Shakti Nagpal just because one of his party leader objected and wanted her removed, her only fault was that she made the illegal business of sand mafia's difficult and  impossible. 

With more and more reports of the local police officers and District officers bluntly denying the false perception of communal tension, or  Ramjan festival, while the political leadership terming the SDM adamant, inexperienced and not capable of understanding the situation. 

Honest India panel seriously contemplating and intelligently apprehending that the reality of situation may be artificially changed to Real Communal Tension as well as an Actual Trouble created by the paid miscreants, just to PROVE THEIR POLITICAL BOSS CORRECT. 

The political loss is huge, for such blatant action of SUSPENDING  an  honest officer doing marvellous work for the benefit of the state , and when the whole of country watching how low the muscle powered , mafia supported political leadership has gone in the state. It is a serious threat that  the bullying political leadership can artificially create anything.

Here the Congress, being the ruling party   at centre should be proactive in their action to save the state, not considering the necessity of SP'S support in Parliament next week in Mansoon session.
